"for our tour to southern Germany we had planned a stop in fulda. After we took the hotel room on the afternoon, we still went through the city. After some time we have starved, and it was also slow to look for a restaurant. near the museum we found flyers with various food offers that also told us. so we went the few steps to the hansa cellar, the restaurant that had distributed these flyers. in the entrance area and along the stairs below there were some tables with other day offers. when entering the restaurant we were greeted by a waiter, a table occupancy that he did not consider necessary in the only one quarter occupied dining room. So we chose a table and took a place. immediately after that came a young female operation and gave us the menus. She spoke clearly accused and obviously had to look for the right words occasionally, but was quite understandable. on the view of the menu we found nothing of the carving offers on the flyers, and there was also no flyer with the day offers. when the service came back to the table to pick up the order, we asked about the day offers. she had to be fit, us at a moment geduld and disappeared in direction kitchen. shortly afterwards she came back and counted us: “Holzfallsrplatte mit schweinesteak, hacksteak, zwei cevapcici, rumpsteak und verröstet zwiebeln, mit djuwetschereis, pommes frites und mixed Salat” for €13,90, whereupon I immediately lifted the hand and brought my interest to the print. also for madame, she had an interesting offer: “Balkan spear with black steaks, pickled braid cheese, roasted champignons and paprika, with djuwetschereien, pommes friites and mixed salad” for 11,80 €, so that the dining page was clear to order madame to drink a mineral water (ground for €0.2) various leaf salads, with some tube strips and greeds were combined with a well lubricated yogurt dressing. the ingredients were fresh and all was delicious, but we had no chance to empty the salad plate, as well as the dishes were served with the main dishes. madame had a speer on her teller, on which three black steaks were foamed transversely, between two pieces of brainkäse, champignons and paprika. also there was a respectable bup pommes fries in the creeping section and also a part of djuwet screaming. in my teller, one could have dig the old kalauer again: “How did they find the flesh? – under a large alcohol onion!” here were cut sweet in thick rings and only briefly killed, they really tasted sweet! the supplements were equal on both tellers, the pommes pommes were fresh, hot and crispy, the djuwet screams were exactly right between dry and mushy. After I had eaten some tweepering rings, I could also go through the meat. hacksteak and cevapcici were well spiced and very good of consistency, also the rumpsteak was very in order. only the blacksteak was a bit too dry, which unfortunately often occurs. of meat quality and taste, but everything was perfect and we made it taste. the dining room was, as far as recognizable, perfectly clean, which overall, but very well received from the 70s of the last century, with chairs and tables in oak rustic and corresponding seating groups."
