"In my lunch break, I walked in Burgrain on Loisach. The pizzeria of San Marco is inevitably past. And what should I say, fresh air is hungry. Nothing is against putting the car in the big parking lot and looking at the menu at the entrance. Perfect! Stone mushroom carpaccio stood there on the map of the day and caused me to enter. Since the restaurant has made a conservatory a few years ago from the terrace in cultivation to the building, it has been very won in my eyes. While in the “old” part the quite simple chairs and tables with yellow blankets are still to be found, the large winter garden is light-filled and modern, super-convenient chairs and pleasantly large tables, the mint green color spreads well-being atmosphere. To this end, the wing doors were wide open to the terrace that became smaller after the conversion. I was kindly greeted by the signore, but he was too busy to give me a table. It was a lot of operation – especially families maybe because today was the first day of school? . So I was looking for a quiet place on the side of the wall in the conservatory. In passing to other guests I received the menu with a friendly smile. In addition to the mushroom carpaccios € 12.90 to the appetizer I chose Spaghetti Genovese € 6.80 and a small pellegrino 0.25 l. € 2,20 . Together with the mineral water I got a basket with fresh white bread. When the signore brought me my carpaccio, he also asked if I would like some vinegar and oil? I'd like to. I cautiously drank both over the plate, and then I tried. H! You can see it again, good food is not witchcraft if you use first-class ingredients. The stone mushrooms were a dream, the coarsely sprinkled parmesan nicely coarse-grained, with the baptismal rocket with the good vinegar oil mixture – simply wonderful with the fresh bread. Oh, if I could have had a glass of wine, that would have been the little bite... But then I had to go back to work: after this successful appetizer I saw the spaghetti optimistically tuned. Absolutely right! Finally a chef who does not stick the pasta to Pesto. The noodles flowed a magnificent baslikum scent, because they were easily surrounded by the pesto. I gave some parmesan to it, then I devoted myself entirely to enjoyment. Because it really was, I haven't been able to enjoy such a good pesto for a long time. The only negative at the whole meal was that both portions were quite large and I saw no more possibility for a dessert. After nothing to criticize at all, there is the rare full score for an Italian lunch. For the service I forgive four stars. The boss had all the hands to do and constantly snatched through the table rows in the “braked running step”. Nevertheless, he always remained friendly. His wife could have supported him a little more, because most of his work was hanging on him. After his work, he was sure to have the socks qualified: I was offered a snack at the payment, which I thankfully refused. The toilets are flattered, they are a little tight, but clean. On the HP, relatively good photos of the entire facility of the local are shown, only under “actual” there is still a hint of the World Cup football. Conclusion: The house does not look very welcoming from the road – as most houses in Burgrain should not be deterred. A visit is worth it! I therefore have a clear recommendation. Small supplement: some four months have passed since the visit described here. Thanks to the very plastic portrayal of an esteemed critic colleague with medical expertise, I have not eaten any raw mushrooms since then. Thank you."
