"Sehr enttäuschend! Wir haben zwei Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Dreimal haben wir angerufen, um nach dem Lieferstatus zu fragen. Beim ersten Anruf wurde uns gesagt, es würde 30 Minuten dauern. Später wurde behauptet, wir hätten angeblich „getaxt“, obwohl wir online bestellt haben. Der Chef war dazu noch sehr unfreundlich. Zu allem Überfluss wurde die Bestellung letztendlich zurückgezogen, weil wir nur mit Karte und nicht mit Bargeld zahlen konnten. Uns war nicht klar, dass Kartenzahlung nicht möglich ist, da auf der Website stand, dass man kontaktlos zahlen kann. Der Lieferant meinte dann, wir hätten angeben sollen, dass wir mit Karte zahlen wollen. Es war jedoch während der Online-Bestellung keine Möglichkeit, zwischen Bar- oder Kartenzahlung zu wählen. Zwei Stunden Wartezeit für nichts – das war wirklich ärgerlich!"

"the hamburgers are the best I have eaten so far at burger. the pattys are fresh, no tk ware. Delicious rolls, field salad and free from any mayonnaissen pampe.Supernetter service by the still very young owners.Of course all described here.Leider there are no alcoholic drinks. I like a beer to the burger. but because of a collaboration with the fichte gymnasium opposite, the alcohol is not used. So completely i.O.The only thing I find more merit is the so-called hipness factor. one concentrates only on this exceptionally good hamburger. but just young guests are looking for an event when eating. would there be so many trendy restaurants with bad food?????And it would be very bad if these hamburgers weren't going to be there anymore! and then they were still cursing. I can highly recommend humpert at höing. we often go with the family to eat there. the feeds are freshly prepared and special requests are also received. the price-performance ratio agrees! also the brunch on Sunday is worth a visit. tasty breakfast buffet as well as rich hot dishes are available. there is always a meat and fish dish. there are delicious supplements and there is also a fresh suppe. a large salat buffet is also available on Sundays at brunch. the personal is polite and attentive. humpert am höing is always worth a visit!"

"We were on business trip in Dortmund. That's why we wanted to go to lunch. We chose the Rilasso. And that was our luck. The decor is very beautiful. The service is very attentive and unobtrusive. I ordered Tagliatelle con filetto di maiale (with pork fillet strips in Koblauch and oil, pikant. That was wonderful and I didn't know so. My colleague chose Gnocchi 4 formaggi (filled, in 4 cheeses). They were also very tasty. The Ristorante was well visited for lunch. We understand why ; here everything is right. Service, food and price performance. We like to come back."

Eating was very good. but the service was a pure catastrophe. we had to wait for so long drinks. no mayo. came only when we were ready to eat. my friend was waiting for us for 45 minutes. no apologies from the service . the waitresses stand inside on the counter and silly with each other. of the waiter we were assured that we had 4 drinks on the house as apologise, but when the bill came and we talked about it, he knew nothing more"
