"a few days ago in this amazing restaurant with my family while we are on vacation. we had the most beautiful time. eating is absolutely beautiful! the hotel is very well managed and the staff is very friendly and always have smiles on the face. we had the tasting menu (non-vegetarian) and it was just excellent. the special chapati roti and daal were the best! best and unforgettable meals we had on holiday to Germany and the environment. good food and pleasant atmosphere. conveniently located near and easy to find! "After a long time, I went to the marketplace again with wonderful summer weather from the Upper Leipziger Straße . And above I saw a new ice cream coffee. I only looked at it from the outside and looked at how beautiful it was directed. So I didn't ask for a long time and entered and ordered an ice cream coffee. It's self-service, but that didn't disturb me. The two young people understand their business. You are open and very friendly. "Stayed in Halle for one night. It was Boxing Day. We spontaneously ended up in the Mönchshof. The super nice service person also had a nice table for us. Our little dog wasn't a problem either. The food was very good. If we had been in Halle longer, we would certainly have stopped there again."

This Italian restaurant in the Kleine Ulrichstrasse in the city centre of Halle next to the river Saale goes the extra mile for the customer and for his palate....The food one will get to eat there is nothing one hasn't heard of before, but the way they serve it, the arrangement on the plate, the freshness of the ingredients and the subtle, never aggressive way to suggest and to present it are rarely matched. The customer feels like being the centre of attention on the right moment and there is no waiter laughing about him, if he pronounces difficult Italian words in the wrong way. It is not about talking Italian, nor about boasting with nerdy knowledge about wines, cellars and terroir. It is about having enough time to have excellent food in a very friendly and cozy restaurant. The focaccias, the salads and the pasta dishes are mouthwatering and without exception great. "on recommendation of the Dorint hotel, whose restaurant was closed on 01.11.2021, we reserved a table for 19 clock in the hallenser kartoffelhaus. the reception was warm, the environment so cozy that they just felt the service excellent. our main dishes, fish, sülze, salat and pommes were tender, the Maril steering dump and the scrub noodles as dessert reads no wish open! we can only recommend this restaurant to the warmest!"

"ceremonies were extremely disappointing - despite reservation and no overfilling. after more than 30 min. and walk to thresen with more courtesy please to order drinks, came the service. after the order of eating it again took unreasonably long before the food was served - in all understanding for the fresh preparation of the food. the employees served the guests in the free and we were not honored to see, let alone a waiter asked whether drinks should be retrieved before eating. this type of service can be dispensed with as gast, no recommendation and no longer visit by our family. the promises in the flyer are with intention to enjoy."

"we were in juni this year in the restaurant golf turtle. it was a Saturday evening and we were two. When we read curious in the menu, the chef of the restaurant came and immediately recommended us the buffet, as we could all eat. the offer was a great disappointment: the selection was very sweet (1 chicken dish, a curry sauce, more finished sauce, the fried dishes tasted like the day before, the rice was cold and dry. the sushi was also very dry.Maybe eating the buffet was already there for a long time and the chef wanted to get rid of it, so it seemed to me.The places were partly flying around, which then gave the appetit another damper.Only the cleanliness of the toilets was commendable."

"Salz über die Pizza gestreut! Ich kann es immernoch nicht fassen. Es kam die falsche Bestellung an. Nach Anruf in der Filiale wurde mir zunächst gesagt ich soll die Pizza in Zukunft bei Dominos direkt und nicht über Lieferando bestellen. Zwei neue Pizzen würden mir geliefert werden aber die alten Pizzen sollen wieder abgeholt werden. Die neuen Pizzen kamen, ich gab die alten jedoch nicht ab, da das Telefonat so unfreundlich war. Das war mein Glück, denn auf einer der beiden neuen Pizzen, wurde eine ordentliche Portion Salz gestreut! Was ist bitte mit Kundenservice los??? Ich komme immernoch nicht darauf klar."

"Wir waren gestern im Roten Milan...daß erste letzte mal ,ich empfehle es nicht weiter. Wir würden nach 15minuten bedrängt zu bestellen...die Speise- Getränke Karten Gelbe Bätter Folieet) wurden uns mit den Worten Wir haben nicht soviele davon weggenommen.Wer zufällig etwas auf dieses Blatt gestellt hatte wurde wieder ermahnt mit den gleichen Worten wie gerade geschrieben) Ok wir Bestellen dann nach wieder holten ermahnen. Mein Essen war super lecker schön angerichtet 1 Essen fast 30,00 Euro hätte ich gerne Bezshlt wenn der Service gestimmt hätte) Nach dem Essen wurde sich über uns garnicht mehr gekümmert. Die Gläser von den Getränken waren leer,keiner fragt nach ob wir noch etwas möchten ...die Kellerner laufen am Tisch vorbei und nehmen nichts leeres mit. Nach einer 1/2 ist unser Freund nach vorne gegangen und hat sein Bier bestellt. Ob wir noch etwas möchten wie Nachttisch was einige wollten wurde nicht nachgefragt) Aus protest haben wir nichts mehr bestellt da sich eh keiner um uns gekümmert hat. Dem Tisch neben uns haben wir mitbekommen ging es genauso.Wir bestellen eine große Cola dann wurde noch mal Nachgefragt kein Problem die Jungen Kellnerinen sieht man die Überforderung an. Genau soetwas ist Chef Sache die Leute zu Leiten. Es kommt natürlich eine kleine Cola...die Kellerin möchte jemand von ihnen die kleine Nein dann wieder lange keine Getränke...ok wir bezahlen...wer mit Karte bezahlt soll nach vorne kommen wo gibt es den soetwas...sie haben an den Tisch zu kommen) ging doch dann auch .Es ist nicht zu Empfehlenda der Service Überfordert ist und nach der Bestellung vom Essen sich keine mehr um einen gekümmert hat. Ach ja unserer Freundin der das Essen überhaupt nicht gerecht und geschmeckt hat wurde nicht mal Nachgefragt und einen Ersatz hat sie auch nicht bekommen.."
