"Wir haben am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag eine Möglichkeit gesucht Essen zu gehen. das hat sich als schwieriger herausgestellt als gedacht. Unterwegs ist uns eine Empfehlung von Bekannten wieder eingefallen, es gäbe im Restaurant Mainblick sehr gute Pizza. Also sind wir dorthin gefahren und es hatte tatsächlich offen.Gleich beim Überqueren des Maindamms fällt die tolle Lage des Restaurants auf. Es ist an der Stelle gelegen, an der der Main aus südöstlicher Richtung kommend einen fast 90° Knick in südwestliche Richtung beschreibt. Das Restaurant besteht aus einer Außenterasse, die an Weihnachten logischerweise nicht bewirtschaftet war, und einen Innengastronomie in die man über eine Treppe gelangt. Wir wurden sofort nett und zuvorkommend empfangen und an einen freien Tisch geleitet. Sowohl ich als auch meine Begleiterin wählten aus der typisch Italienisch gehaltenen Speisekarte Pizza. Sie eine Vegetarische, ich eine mit vielen Zutaten. Beide Pizzen kamen nach einer für die gute Besetzung der Lokals kurzen Zeit. Meine Pizza war sehr lecker, meine Begleiterin meinte, ihre hätte etwas besser gewürzt werden können. Ich möchte hier zum einen noch einmal die nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung und zum anderen den tollen Blick auf den Main erwähnen. Wir hatte während des Essens das Glück die Berufsschifffahrt beobachten zu können. Wir werden dieses Lokal bestimmt noch einmal im Sommer besuchen und dann auf der Terasse sitzen."

"War das erste Mal im Toreros. Es fiel gleich auf, das die Angestellten erstens sehr freundlich waren, zweitens sehr aufmerksam waren und drittens eine authentische Gute Laune mitbrachten. Im Service immer eine gute Voraussetzung für Erfolg. Das Essen war super lecker. Ich hatte das Iberico Schweinefilet im Speckmantel mit Chorizo Kartoffelstampf und pikantem Hokkaido. Die Kombi passte super gut zusammen und war mal was Anderes. Ich habe noch drei Portionen Paella mitgenommen, die sicherlich genauso gut sein wird. Die Cocktails und Homemade Limonaden waren auch sehr lecker. Und der Apple Crumble zum Schluss hat das ganze perfekt gemacht. Ein rund um gelungener Abend und sogar mit spanischer DJ-Musik. Bei der Verabschiedung waren die Jungs immer noch gut gelaunt und wir hatten das Gefühl, sie schon ewig zu kennen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"very delicious burger. we were there with a mixed group and were all excited. for the time there are 5 vegetarian and 3 vegan burgers to order. as well as there are some Fries-combis that are vegan marked. I give four stars, because I would have worn a little more beautiful on my burger, and for that it was “more expensive”."

"the white room in the castle philippsruh is an institution. who wants to celebrate in a fancy frame is right here. the room can be opened to the park and fountain of spring and can be wonderfully illuminated.Our starting point was less cheerful, we thought there after the grieving celebration with 100 people of my late man.The whole organization of the consultation, the table decoration, the food and drink (selection and quantity as well as visual presentation) was without fail and tadel.The care was very personal. everything worked wonderfully - just as I was able to experience this from the new pächter already with other occasions.Whoever is looking for the special to which occasion should not be shy here to look over. "Operation at the table was very friendly and attentive. Food and beverages were very tasty, acceptable waiting times. We ordered a maron soup specifically without duck breast, as we are vegetarians and got served the dish with duck breast. The kitchen was wrong. The piano player at the Special Bar evening made more break than to play. Too bad. "we were 4 adults and a child. there were pizza, noodles, gnocchis and schnitzel.The scavenger was a canteen carving me knorr-friger sauce, but the acepiere I still at the italian. in the band noodles with salmone the salmon was dead and an undefined oily sauce. the gnocchi with sage butter sauce consisted of the cheapest super market gnocchis and after salvia have not tasted either, but also such a funny oily sauce. the pizza also oily, just left. the supplemental salad is ice-begsalat with taste-neutral dressingthe service was very nice, the ambiente is also ok (if you found the load then behind the washing machine). the other guests were mainly pensioners.
