"Went for lunch. Limited parking. Decor is a little bit tired but cosy and clean. Not sure what to expect but the fact that the car park was full lets you know We had an absolutely fantastic lunch. Smoked, thickly sliced ham, 2 eggs and lovely chips. My partner had chicken and leek pie..superb pastry and full to the brim with large chunks of chicken. Chatted to the owners who were so friendly and funny. A no frills pub just good down to earth grub. We will be back even though we have to drive from Hereford. Thanks for a lovely welcome.
