"visit at the gourmetrestaurant dirk maus at the sandhofon this visit we had long been happy. since mid april we had planned the date as a gift for the birthday of my wife, which we had to postpone again and again because of corona. The approach to the sandhof is already special and takes place via small alleys and a Scottish way. we stayed there on Fridays with very warm weather and sat outdoors. On the evening before we looked at the great map (and the prices) of the farm and considered whether we still change from the gourmet restaurant to the farm. We stayed at the gourmet restaurant, as one expects something special from a michelin restaurant. not only a very good kitchen. We welcomed us very kindly and served us the map of the only menu with the choice or courses. We decided to go for euro also for a restaurant no bargain. the prices in the langasthof went up to max for a main food.On demand to be guided weeps we got the note that open weeps were available on the map. for the farm absolutely ok. the weeps recommended to us to the feeds were also ok. here we would have wanted a menu-tailored selection. In the beginning there was brot and sort butter for all guests. afterwards a very good gruss from the kitchen (churro, garnele with chutney and fenchelsalat). qualitatiw were the following menu courses very good, however also disproportionately small.Of course, menu portions are smaller but we felt the ratio to the regular proportions already extreme.A teaspoon! pure and ca prime rib as main food are already extremely in comparison to the really big main food in the farm.To summarise, I would say eat top gas, ok service nice, we quality of eating pronounce every case, for the gourmet area."
