"i had the most enjoyable stay...the staff are really friendly and attentative to my every need. the hotel is of a very high standard. very clean. food is amazing to say the least. you can ski in and out directly from hotel. its a family run business which gives it a warmer feel to most other hotels run otherwise. i really like the fact u can take your kids here and leave them with the friendly staff. they even have an indoor pool designated for kids with a slide etc. i didnt travel this time with my kids but will do next visit. the pool...saunas..steam rooms are another bonus for after a day on the slopes. i would be very surprised if you found fault with anything...i most certainly didn't. its really a hidden secret this place. i am told most guests that come here are regulars and met some myself that always come back...i most certainly will be one of those regular re visiting guests. oh and before i forget there is snow here where other places dont have snow...so you are more likely to get snow. im leaving tomorrow and am sad to leave."
