El lugar parecía un cuento de HADAS, donde nosotros éramos unos gigantes rodeados de un pequeño y diverso bosquesillo realizado por la gran mano de Felix. La creación de un gran bosque de bonsáis y la sombra de sus texos, nos hicieron disfrutar de los ricos alimentos preparados con delicadeza, expuestos y servidos con la misma. "Just beyond the French border this place has everything to please. The service and food were more than we had expected. This time we were a table of 3 and everyone left happily satisfied without breaking the bank. Literally everything on the menu looked good and we were thrilled with what we ordered, white asparagus specialty, assortment of Iberia hams, soup. Mains were fish and Iberia pork. The presentation of the Turbot was surprising, they perfectly cooked the fish whole then literally cut it into servable pieces, bones skin and all, and served it on a platter (it was a dish for 2). all the diners looked happy with their choices and their plates of food looked as good as ours!!! I'll go back with more friends and family. I bet you will too."

"Para mí uno de los mejores sitios que hay en Irún en Danako, ganadores en varias ocasiones al mejor pincho y también quedaron primeros en un programa en la televisión vasca Juegos de cartas, es un buen sitio para tomar una buena cerveza y saborear los ricos pinchos que tiene y sobre todo comer hay está muy bien se come estupendamente el menú está bien de precio. Un sitio estupendo para tomar una buena cerveza y comer de lujo por poco dinero. "Firstly, don't come here for a romantic dinner the noise levels are high and the ambience is dictated by the crowds of people milling about. That said, the service is attentive and the prices are reasonable. The croquetas are generous but bland and the octopus looked wonderful but was too tough to be enjoyable. Don't order the house red wine, it's not great and there are plenty of good, reasonably priced, wines to choose from."

"Que tal el verano, colegas ? Bueno hoy no os hago esperar ,voy a valorar este sitio. Hubo un tiempo que los Marconi Lobo y Tato los gemelos ya conocidos, hijos de familia circense, frecuentaban este lugar. Pero un día , lobo agarro una pulga de un perro en la terraza de este sitio. La pulga se acomodó felizmente por todo su bello corporal y deposito sendas liendres que oclosionaron a los días, creando una auténtica plaga por su casa. Gastaron en fumigar una pasta y apunto estuvieron de marcha a Panamá para buscar a su media naranja por recomendación del consejo del santuario Hay que tener cuidado con los parásitos, incluidos los de que se pillan por no usar goma. Estos chicos hubiesen preferido estos últimos , porque eso hubiera significado que ya habrían introducido en caliente. Ayyy que pillastre estoy hecho je je. Resumiendo, todo ok, pero la terraza precisa personal para control de plagas. Hasta pronto peña."

Dommage pour le décor très vieux, le même depuis 40 ans et le manque de chauffage.Repris par des asiatiques depuis le départ de Patxi ce n est plus ca . Client depuis 40 ans avec bonheur je n y retournerais pas. Je me suis fait escroqué par la patronne la dernière fois .En effet n ayant pas très faim j ai juste pris un plat , un turbot .Résultat j ai eu un turbot surgelé de 3/400 le même que dans le menu complet a 24 € facturé plus de 30 € pour lui seul . Exactement le même. Dommage et cupide.Pour gratter malhonnêtement une poignée d euros ils ont perdu des clients de plus de 40 ans venant 3/4 fois par mois en famille. Une pensée pour Rosi la fidèle et adorable serveuse que nous n aurons plus le plaisir de voir . Notre seul regret ."

"Siento tener que hacer una crítica tan mala de un sitio(es la primera) pero no puedo hacer mejor valoración.Pedimos un menú para 8 personas, que constaba de 7 platos dobles y rollitos de primavera, pues una de las camareras dijo que no, que solo era un plato para cada 8. La segunda vez mostrándole la carta nos mandó a paseo, y después de 4 veces, un compañero suyo entro en razón. Aunque la cena fuera correcta, la atención fue muy deficiente y nada eficaz, yendo a cenar más 20 personas que mínimo que un poco de atención. lamentablemente no volveré."

In fact, on my way back from France, I had to take my train back to Salamanca. I went out of my way and risked missing my train) just so I could go get another order of fried rice. So worth it. Never thought I'd say the best meal I had in Spain was fried rice, but it is what it is."
