"It's funny: If you drive a few kilometers out of the overloaded Ruhr area, you'll find the most amazing restaurants and also save one or the other euro. So it's also at the Försterhaus, which I accidentally discovered during the driveway and reserved there a few days later. This is a good-bourgeois cuisine; Pizza, Gyros or Döner you won't find here, but it's probably western-fälische specialities such as cramps or fried blood sausages. The foods at my visit were high quality and did not look like the bar, the price for it was more than fair and you can say: extremely inexpensive. The ambience is rustic and certainly not at the level of time, but this is exactly what makes a culinary journey of time. What happened to Grandma? And it has always tasted me there. The operation underlines the whole and is with love with the thing. Top! There are enough parking spaces and the highway is nearby. Perhaps also interesting for one or other car driver. "Gemütliches Restaurant alten Stils, schöne Terrasse. Seit langer Zeit unverändert aber alles prima. Die Auswahl ist gut, man hat das Gefühl da steht nur drauf was frisch gemacht werden kann. Der Vorspeisesalat war wirklich kein Highlight, von Salat in viel Soße hat sich der Trend schon sehr lange abgewendet. Die Hauptmahlzeit war sehr heiß, frisch zubereitet und traf das was man so an der griechischen Küche schätzt zu 100%. Sehr lecker! Die Preise sind zudem sehr günstig! Die Bedienung sehr freundlich und schnell!"

"A very nice restaurant. My husband and I always like to go. So on our wedding day, last month. The restaurant is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The reception is always friendly and we were accompanied to our table. The menu is well filled but not overloaded. There are also regularly changing seasonal offers. Drinks are served quickly. After ordering it does not take long and you will receive a friendly greeting from the kitchen, a so-called amusement oil. Always very nice. The waiting times are never particularly long. The plates are beautifully dressed and the food is of very good quality. The fried parsley is particularly beautiful as decoration on some appetizers. It's very tasty. I can only recommend it."

"Very friendly, fast service and delicious food! As a vegetarian, I came to my expense. I don't know what some expect when they go to a Japanese restaurant as a vegetarian... but the selection here is good if not better than in other comparable shops. Super delicious avocado and rocket maki, delicious, fresh vegetables and much more. Friends of Japanese ice cream are also welcome (Matcha, Anko and Sesame, all taste great). My companions who like to eat sushi and meat dishes were also satisfied. The sushi rice could be a little more acidic, but this usually varies in sushi restaurants. The whole thing still enjoyed with a well-cooled Asahi (Japanese beer) and there was no more much to wish for me. The waiting time of 15 minutes between the rounds also fits well. Until you have eaten everything, you can order again."

"Wir waren an einem Samstagabend nach vorheriger telef. Bestellung dort und bekamen einen kleinen Tisch in der Nähe der offenen Küche. Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Die Speisekarte wurde kurz darauf gereicht, bestellte Getränke (Mineralwasser und Aperitif) kamen zügig. Auch der Chef kam persönlich vorbei und begrüßte uns sowie die Gäste an den Nachbartischen. Eine Tafel mit Tagesgerichten wurde uns gezeigt und schließlich nahm der Chef unsere Bestellung auf. Rindercarpaccio und Vitello Tonnato sowie jeweils Fisch als Hauptgericht. Dazu eine Flasche Lugana Santa Cristina. Alle Speisen haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Essen selbst gab überhaupt keinen Anlass zur Kritik. Allerdings gab es zwei andere Punkte, die etwas denkwürdig waren: Eine weibliche Bedienung brachte uns die Flasche Wein, entkorkte diese fachmännisch mit einem Kellnermesser und schnupperte noch in Sommelier-Manier am Korken. Als sie dann beide Gläser voll einschenkte, ohne uns vorher probieren zu lassen, gab ich meinen Unmut darüber kund und musste mir folgende Begründung anhören: "Mir wurde gesagt, dass Sie eine Flasche wollten." Ich war fast sprachlos über so viel Dilettantismus! Schlimmer als das war allerdings das Ende unseres Abends: Nicht nur unsere Jacken, die in der Garderobe hangen, sondern auch wir selbst, die komplette Kleidung, Unterwäsche, Haare, ... alles roch ganz fürchterlich nach KÜCHE! Da half nur noch die Dusche sowie Waschmaschine bzw. Reinigung. Sehr schade!"

"We were looking for a restaurant in Iserlohn at 30 October in the evening and actually frustrated on the way to the parking lot when we saw the illuminated sign of the restaurant accidentally. The card was inviting enough to board. In addition to us, three more tables were occupied. In the weather and Tuesday night. An older waiter, who is probably at least co-owner at the same time, took care of a table with regular guests so that we had to wait long for the card. But then the whole Italian charm, including the daily card, was thrown on slate and we followed the recommendation for a mixed plate of Vitello Tonnato and Carpaccio. Both meats cut very thin, neat Parmesan pea and good oil for beef and a fine tuna sauce for veal. For this purpose very neat white bread that was unrequired. As a main dish we chose both the Spanish mussels in the tomato sauce, which were a tasty and tidy part. The sauce is pretty sharp, but without overlaying the dish meat. And the charm of the boss went on so that we ended the evening of Tiramisu and 2 spoons. The dessert was okay, but I want to be a little more juicy. To drink a pellegrino and a drinkable house wine (Pinot Grigio). Conclusion: Although the right to exist has never been visited for 10 years, but now enjoy another visit to IS."
