"So disappointed with our visit the other day. We have always had lovely meals in the past. To be fair the Cullen skink starter was lovely, no complaints apart from the £14.00 price(which I think is excessive) I ordered seafood linguini at £25.00 the squid and baby octopus were inedible (like a rubber toy) and there were only 5 mussels so serving one that hadn 't opened up properly is a disgrace when you advertise as a 'high end ' seafood restaurant . My fiancee had the ginger beer battered haddock, which wasn 't the best, batter was too thick and stodgy, the fish quality wasn 't the best. I did complain to the waitress and she agreed the squid and octopus were over done and asked if I would like anything else and said they wouldn 't charge me for the dish. All in all felt we very let down after a special journey there for lunch.
