"as guests of the hotel victory we have eaten in the empire and I must say I would never have been treated like that.From the restaurant management friendly we were brought to our table.The waiter was immediately there to receive our drink order. after reading the wine card we ordered a bottle of wine and a carafe water (for water were € 6,- charged). before the drinks were on the table the waiter wanted to know for which courses we have chosen ( 3 common menu- 2 vs, 2 hs, 2 desserts for choice)The courses would be tasty served, no 5 min in between. the carpaccio was terrible, obviously a finished pack of lemon majo. the main dish, fluzandar, beautiful symmetric deep-cooled goods the supplements taste-neutral. the dessert, American chocolate cake, unfortunately lacked the chocolate. eating is taste, the behavior of the waiter is not. During the hs he decided with the words "now we make the bottle empty" to implement this and gave me more than 1⁄4 into the glass. after eating, we wanted to drink our wine in rest, but obviously this wasn't the waiter. So he came to our table with the bill and put it to me, without any word. also his address to me chefin I found inappropriate.We were so annoyed and disappointed that we canceled our planned 7 popular menu the next day and were eating in the environment. best decision at all! positiw is that the already paid amount would be refunded for the planned menu although it was part of a fixed booked package.
