"I have previously had a great experience at The Beeswing for lunch, although I found it to be a bit expensive for a pub on an estate. Unfortunately, my most recent visit over the weekend was quite disappointing. The tandoori chicken I ordered was mostly coleslaw, with very little naan and actual chicken, making me feel like I was being ripped off for £14. My daughter's standard burger, priced at £11.50, was extremely tough to chew, even after dipping it in the gravy provided for kids. My wife ordered a veggie pizza without peppers, but it came out covered in them. Although we were able to pick them off, the mushrooms were still tainted. My son's chicken burger was the only decent meal, and the staff were friendly, so we didn't complain. However, the kitchen definitely needs better quality control, especially considering the prices they charge. The meal was saved by a couple of pints of Madri beer, which was very enjoyable."
