"Sunday lunch today with our family, 6 adults and one infant. Fantastic service with great attention to detail. Food was prompt and high quality. Delicious roast beef with all the trimmings. We were all delighted with our deserts. Chef took the time to come out and check in on everyone’s meal which was a nice touch. We’ve been in the area for 20 years plus and delighted to know there is a good local pub on our doorstep. Service: 5"

"Visited the Woodhouse on route to Perth for a Breakfast. A very easily accessible place right on the Stirling straights meaning we didn't have to detour off course. I opted for the for the full breakfast which came with beans and mushrooms. I however asked if I could swap these for a bit of haggis which wasn't a problem. Everything was perfectly cooked and of a higher quality than your run of the mill Breakfast you find in most places. The price was a few pounds dearer than usual but I didn't mind that because you are paying a little extra for quality. They also have a Deli adjoining the restaurant which unfortunately time didn't allow us to visit. But a wee peek in the door had me wishing I had more time. I will definitely return in the near future."
