"so first of all why only 3 stars and not 4. the restaurante is very nice and also very beautifully designed. the cellars strive for each hospitable and also always explain the specificities of the day. there is a large selection of different italian styles available and there is also always a large current tag map. the speias are well cooked. only unfortunately the price is generally too expensive for the portion sizes or the quality of the food. For example, to offer a pizza with ruccola and bark fillet strips for over 15 € on the old salad and simply " sausage slices" is already frech."

"From a beautiful place on the terrace, to the super service that could answer any of our questions to the dessert, which was not only optically great! In particular, despite the lack of Hugo's on the map, my wishes were addressed and a similar home aperitif was served, with the foods there could be expressed desires that were implemented without problems. Great praise to the kitchen!"

"more than 10 years ago we were as a family actually eating more often in il mulino. in the last 3-4 years I was still ca. eat three times there and it was always bad qualitatiw. I was hoping that the last time I was just a slippery one, you would like to get a chance to improve. tonight, it's all over the crown. to the appetizer had 4 out of 6 people vitello tonnato. the calf was dark and very dry, overall it has made an earlier impression. the thun-fish sauce was strongly salted. the bruschetta consisted of a favorable baking box made of the package, covered with tomato and cheap gouda (or similar) baked, altogether very greasy. then the main dish. only pasta dishes. two of them with a creamed sauce, which consisted only of liquid sawn and salt and pepper. I had ordered spaghetti carbonara, in the card was already pointed to the only ingredients oil, ei and speck (for the choice was also with cream sauce). at the order I was asked (by the chefin of the house) whether I would like the carbonara "original Italian". Of course I thought. then came a budding dry spaghetti (the cuddly of the baptism I have not even been able to take apart, as dry and glued they were) with rührei and speck. still strongly salted. on my complaint I was told (again by the chefin of the house), the salty comb of the speck and that with the ires you do so. You look at other good Italian restaurants, cookbooks and cooking videos, you know that you do it traditionally differently. and yes, the speck is salty, but here the cook with the salt spatter is slipped out. All right. I was offered to choose a new, different court. the appetit on pasta is something past me, so should a pizza make up. order abandoned and asked to leave a single ingredient please. after about 10 minutes the chefin came again and asked again which ingredient should not be on the pizza. another 10 minutes later came the pizza. the cheese was not melted and almost cold, on the pizza were normal water-laugh and the teig was still raw under the tomato sauce. the chefin now pointed to the obviously unfinished pizza, than I was then told that water on the pizza is normal. ok. for me rather not. pizza unfortunately leave behind and renounce another main dish. the ambiente does his rest. old, down-to-earth facility, crack in the wall, art flowers on the table, paper tablecloths.Leider can no longer be done here. to the happiness there are other, very good Italians in koblenz, who still place worth on the Italian cookery."

"Hair in the cheeseburger!! When I returned the meal worth €45, it was explained to me that I would only be issued a voucher for the cheeseburger with hair. As if you would want to eat here again after such an experience. Pathetic hygiene and customer service Edit: Given the level of quality in the store, I'm not surprised that the owner goes one better here and brazenly lies. The man in the kitchen had curly hair down to his shoulders and no hairnet, you could clearly see him as he was asked to check out after the incident. I also think it's great how the owner admits in his answer that hair appears more often in food :D:D"

"Excellent Pizza - walked in the door, freindly response and given a table - it was a warm night so the front of the place was open to the street. I just glanced at the menue and ordered 2 pizzas we didn't realise they were going to be that big!!!"

"An insider tip for everyone who thought they had already eaten well in Koblenz! Be it visually or taste-wise, this restaurant will delight you! TOP view of the Rhine and the fortress! Unfortunately I have to deduct a star for the sometimes too long waiting time and the noise in the interior. Too few staff, because it's a family business, and too many seats, although they generate higher sales, they take away a lot of the comfort. Nevertheless, we always like to come back Yammi"

"Thanks for the great evening with you! We have been welcomed very nicely and cordially! The service and also the boss were extremely courteous and hospitable! Our food, we were to Neunt, came to the table on time after two great appetizer plates and were exquisitely dressed taste everything was excellent! As far as the crowd is concerned, well, it might be a little more for me! But that doesn't matter, it tastes amazingly good! Worth a visit! Genuine Italian cuisine"

"Had family dinner here in beginning of July 2017. Super friendly and fast service - the waiter spoke English and was smiling the whole evening. The food was also very good - almost as being in Thailand:-)"

"The restaurant at the hotel I'm staying in was closed tonight, and the boss here recommended this Italian.I like Italian food, but would not normally go to an Italian restaurant, preferring Indian or Thai.I arrived at 19.30 on a Sunday night and got the last free table, a good sign.I ordered tomato soup for my starter and it was divine. Undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. For my main course I chose Carbonara. It was a huge plateful, the spaghetti cooked just right and the sauce creamy with a good cheese taste. I was disappointed with the ham; there was very little of it and I found it added nothing to the dish.A small beer along with the food and the bill came to about €16, which I thought was good value. It's worth noting that the restaurant does not accept Visa. Also worth noting that the majority of customers had ordered pizzas, so they could be the best choice."

"I almost never leave reviews on Yelp but I feel compelled to do it at this time as me and my family had the worst experience ever at a restaurant last night. We had a reservation at 8pm for 9 people, but we got there way too early, at 7:15pm. All good, we sat down and waited 45 minutes and enjoyed the view. At 8pm, when we had our reservation, we ordered our food. Nothing out of the ordinary as we had 3 kids with us (who got just plain spaghetti and a schnitzel . The rest of the dishes we ordered were salad, pasta, meat and a cauliflower dish. We waited and waited and waited (no apologies from the waitresses. Just kept saying 5 more minutes but after 1.5 hours (yes! At 9:30pm the spaghetti arrived for the kids!! Then they forgot the schnitzel so we had to wait another 20 min. We were eating dinner close to 10pm. Unbelievable. And the food was not that outstanding. Definitely not worth the almost 2 hour wait. And the worst part: NO apology, NO explanation and not even a discount on our check. The manager was eating at a table nearby and didn 't seem to care one bit for the rest of our party. NEVER going back to this place."

"the atmosphere of the load is little welcoming, the table tightened u the deco, very cheesy kept, limited to the regale behind the tresen. the service is moderately friendly u in the background running (probably) Japanese music. the selection of sushi is ok without really presenting highlights, much laughs. the prices are basically ok if it were tastefully balanced u tasty. but the proportion of rice was too high, the taste of rice too dominant. the ingwer not the best u only little allocated, dry u little mild. the skin roll is too rooky u only filled with little salmon u salat. all in all it was fresh, but to my stammsushi only little enviable. smaller sushi, less reis u more expensive fish pro sushi, more ingwer and better atmosphere would inspire me more."

"I was on the 30th 3. 2017 In the evening in restaurant and ate the three-course menu for 34 euro: smoked domestic trout on green sauce, high-fried bark (metzgerei aus horchheim) Sous-Vide (röstaromen)? with rooted vegetables and confiert kartoffeln as well as a dreamlike dessert (earth beer/sorbet, cookle, rhabarber in verensirup, mousse), sekt mit verensirup (the latter one did not taste out) and a giant out of winning. the trained service there was nothing to expose, even the friendly young cook and owner came several times and stood for culinary items. the concrete lies on gourmet kitchen with regional products. as coblenzer, I know both the excellent metzgerei and the unmatched ice cream around the corner and the coffee sourcing, from which some products come: very excellent idea. I liked the idea of the rheinkiesel as an amuse ule, which made something visually: somewhat too hard round minibaguette balls in gray on hot stones. only for the eye was the butter spread in the size of a lego stone: this could be improved. the potato supplement was too soft. the ladies of the graceful, also old-hearted and benevolent coblens, and I agreed: the portions are too small, the wine is too expensive. the owner performs two organic wineries (demeters) on the map. since the restaurant has only 7 tables, with some outside, you should reserve."

"thanks to a gifted voucher we came to eat in the "Dormont ́s". ambiente, welcome, table selection and reception of the order by the female service force left a positive impression. next to the menu there were current handwritten feed suggestions on a teller. we chose 2x pork fillet with pfifferlingen, rösti and small salatgarnitur. the food came quickly and visually appealing, therefore. the salat was fresh and meat, mushrooms and sossed tastefully in order (decently seasoned), unfortunately the rösti was mushy instead of crusty; probably by the above-drauf lying pork fillet along with sauce. the filet was too long and therefore a little dry and tough, moreover the dressing to the salad was missing. My wife left the rösti lying and also worked hard when cutting the pork fillet. the espresso afterwards I felt too flat. because thanks to the voucher a court was not charged, I thought a complaining was inappropriate. if the full price was paid, I would expect a little more."

"I love the city dubrownik, so this restaurant has become understandably my fixed place during my visit in koblenz. The service is top of the list. they get to know their customers from the moment they enter. in the menu there is an advantage of the Croatian and Bosnian cuisine, but they can also eat something from the German kitchen.I recommend tasty lamb (served with green beans, but I have slightly modified it and the waiter brings black olives instead of begging) in front of the window as the restaurant is in the first floor and overlooks the entire road. it is also close to the railway station and the city center. and inexpensive, a place for those who want to spend a romantic evening for families and for those who come alone or in a larger group."

"Wir gehen gerne thailändisch essen. Wir waren insbesondere vom Geschmackserlebnis sehr enttäuscht. Keine typischen thailändischen Gewürze, es werden Geschmacksverstärker benutzt, kennen wir von guten thailändischen Restaurants nicht. Das Fleisch war mariniert ohne dass es angegeben war. Insgesamt hat mich das Essen eher an einen durchschnittlichen Chinesen erinnert. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5"

"This restaurant was recommended by a friend. The restaurant is run by an authentic Japanse and it shows. Everything has been thought out to the last detaill, from assuring customers fish is safe to information about ingredients and additives used but also the service is truly Japanse: very polite. The restaurant is also very flexible to customers wanting other things not on the menu: For example sashimi is not a fixed item but it is possible to order for example dorade, salmon and tuna as a moriawase. The dishes are all made fresh and by hand. The rice within the sushi is the right temperature (and not too cold) and the fish is fresh and top quality. I was suprised to find such an excellent little sushi bar in Koblenz which is on a par with the quality you get in Düsseldorf (home to the largest Japanese community in Germany). The guy who owns the restaurant made a point of remembering our names the second time we visited."

"by the location in the old town were most of the tables occupied. If you don't get a table, it's enough to get in the condition. this then keeps the next table free. The service was really good. very attentive and not intrusive. We had two steaks (in total 750gr filet). the steaks were fried on the spot and very tasty. simply a pleasure! with two drinks we paid 77,10€.Price performance is simply top. we will be able to come back and recommend the los gauchos very much."

"I was there again for the first time in over 10 years. We made reservations by phone, which is definitely an advantage. Although I had the feeling on site that our reservation had not been noted. The ambience seems quite cool, not very inviting, not cozy. The waiters were friendly and attentive. As a starter we had bruschetta. Very well seasoned and tasted very good. Main course pizza. Each of us had a different one. The pizza didn't taste good. There was zero taste. There was very little tomato sauce on the bottom and you couldn't taste it at all. The chili and garlic oil in combination with pepper and a little salt gave the whole thing a flavor. The pizza was crispy on the outside and very thin on the inside. Which isn't a bad thing, but the inside of my daughter's pizza was rather dry. For the very high price for a pizza, I would have expected something better. Above all in terms of taste. The tiramisu for 7.00 euros is also absolutely overpriced and not worth the money. The ladyfingers were completely soaked with liquid. All you really tasted was coffee. 2 x 2 ladyfingers with lots of liquid and mascarpone. A kind of naked cake. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo. Price/performance ratio is absolutely not right here. It's a shame, I expected more."

"we were hungry and had arrived in Koblenz after a week-long ride on the mosel. we did not wander out of our hotel too sure we would find something open. only a few blocks away was this unpretentious looking restaurant. we were. kindly greeted by the friendly young waitress and enjoyed wine, a soft beer and four delicious dishes, including carving, pasta with chanterelles and salat with chanterelles. the service was timely (although a little slow to get out of the kitchen) and the young waitress conjured us all. we would go back in a flash."
