"We arrived before 6pm on a Friday evening. First we were greeted with an over-friendly and very loud 'Buona sera'. Then we were asked if we had reserved. When we said no, it only went downhill from there. Us was the husband, our 2,5 year old and me. As we arrived in Kochel a few hours before, we decided spontaneously to eat there. I am used to making reservations in Munich restaurants weeks in advance (which takes out all spontaneity and fun of an evening for me), but we're talking Kochel am See here, a very sleepy town in the alpine upland, pre-season!We were seated outside on their terrace, feeling lucky that it had an awning attached as it was pouring down with rain. The service was extremly slow and the food was really just about mediocre. We had their mushroom risotto and pizza hawaii. Both dishes were pretty tasteless and the pizza was very dry."
