"When we entered the empty restaurant shortly before six o'clock, presented us and said that we had reserved one table, we obviously did not believe that. he had to check out in the reservation book, said not particularly friendly waitertalent. then he flashed back and forth, but the reservation book did not find stupid. so we had to wait - and hope that we will be served. is finally a gourmet temple and it seems somehow understandable that you don't let everyone in right now. after a great time of recklessness we were sent out to a small table on the loud square in front of the restaurant. this place is close to a busy road and is therefore not necessarily the place where you want to enjoy an expensive evening meal. And the table was still somehow left and apparently seemed good enough for us. a reservation sign was not on it anyway. when we complained, we were allowed to take a place in the interior of the restaurant - and were of course very grateful for the hospitality! we ordered the "bouillabaisse à la bertold siber", a former cooker from constanz. "with fennel, lick, tomato and garlic - by fish and crustling" is the add-on on the menu. which was served, however, was a salty little bite with a lot of laugh and a little bite. fenchel also gave it, but probably only in trace elements. the crowning (in the negative sense) was however a large piece of an and suppefinable fish variety, which floated in the middle of the squam and was so tough that it was only possible to cut it with the knife laboriously, and the crustaceans became a medium-sized garnel. the attached roast bread presented itself in the form of thinner slices in a very bit-resistant tweeback style, which had also been thinly refined with some garlic butter. hardly believe what one sells in constanz as bouillabaisse. if the herr siber knew ... Conclusion: this restaurant is completely overrated according to our opinion regarding service and kitchen performance. hardly to believe that one was given a Michelin star for the next part. but maybe we just got a bad day..."

"it started with the attempt of a table reservation by phone from 16.30 clock 3 try started to approx. 17.15 clock, although the restaurant is open from 17.30 clock, none took off. my wife and I still took us on the way to this restaurant, which only because it has a nice location on the sea Rhine and we wanted to eat on the terrace. at our arrival approx. 18.00 clock were just 3 tables occupied, we got a place on the window, as a fierce wizard cries together over constanz, we stayed in the inner. the dame with short hairs seemed to be very annoyed, even the herr with full behind the theke was not particularly done. we have ordered a 1lt. fl. mineral water and 1/2 lt. rose wine, as an appetizer whistle saganaki in tomatensauce and feta, as well as gyros special and syrtaki teller. after a small ordering or addition order, the blonde dame reads a loud sigh of himself, who sat very much on me for the rest of the evening! on the terrace were 2 tables, one disappeared quickly into the inner (unweather), the other stayed outside.My appetizer muscheln saganaki, were the badest thing I had previously served in the live bowls! the gyros special teller for 11.50 eur a grace! dry meat with 2 twill rings and a pamp called moussaka! 3 bits of it and not further stirred! my syrtaki teller a catastrophe! chopmeat rancid from the grill, stunk after drop, pork fillet spiesse tough and dry! the storm was so violent that the 2 remaining guests on the terrace had to keep the sun / umbrella with all the forces that he didn't fly away, who was full and the blonde dame looked at and only sneaked the head, instead of saving the own or to help the guests! they read everything and only tried to save their food, which was halfway successful. There is also a shop that also sells furniture and decoration etc. in this style and belongs to the restaurant. The food was scared off by America. There are burgers, steaks, salads, currys, soups etc. Apart from the steaks (of which we have not heard anything really well before, we have already tested everything. The burgers are absolutely average. Although better than pure fast food chains, we certainly do not go to the Hollys to eat burgers. The curry didn't pick us up from the chair either. To eat Curry we prefer to go to our favorite Indian... But the soups and salads are really good in the Hollys. The Ceasars Salad with Parmesandressing is really worth a visit. And also the Curry Lemongrass soup is completely delicious. There were fresh stone oven bread. We had nothing to do with the appetizer (Feta, Salami, Olives, Goat Cheese on Bread, Shrimp). And the ice cream offered is an absolute taste experience. We had chocolate ice cream that almost remembered Mousse au Chocolat.
