"Es ist ja eigentlich ein nettes Restaurant. Jetzt zu Weihnachten sogar mit wunderschöner Krippenlandschaft auf der Terrasse. Der Lachs in der Penne mit Sahnesosse war alt, zäh und schmeckte nach Fisch . Die ganze Zeit hoffte ich, es würde besser. Das habe ich der Bedienung beim Abräumen gesagt. Die Besitzerin hat abgerechnet. Ich habe dann nur wenig Trinkgeld gegeben. Zumal das auch nur den Angestellten zusteht. Dann bekamen wir, obwohl alle anderen den bekommen haben, keinen Schnaps zum Abschluss. Das ist berechnend und nicht kundenfreundlich. Beim Rausgehen haben wir uns trotzdem freundlich verabschiedet. Der hinter der Theke widmete sich jedoch angestrengt seiner Tätigkeiten. Hier muss ich nicht nochmal hingehen. Nicht umsonst ist es hier spärlich besetzt, und die Konkurrenz schräg gegenüber brechend voll."

"MENSCHLICHKEIT wird hier groß geschrieben! Nachdem ich um 23 Uhr wegen Autobahnsperrung in Krefeld gestrandet war, hatte man mich ein paar Kilometer vorher an einer Tankstelle nicht auf Toilette gelassen obwohl ich schwanger bin. Bin hier dann rein, nachdem ich verzweifelt die Straße der Autobahnumleitung gefolgt bin. Die Besitzer hatten sichtlich schon Feierabend oder waren kurz davor. Dennoch ließ man mich ohne zu zögern auf die Toilette und war äußerst zuvorkommend!!! Noch einmal „Mille Grazie“ an diese tollen Menschen! Wünsche euch nur das beste"

"Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Fleisch ist saftig. Leider werden nicht immer griechische Fritten, also frittierte Kartoffelscheiben serviert, sondern auch normale Fritten mit Frittensalz wie in einem Imbiss. Das tut der Qualität natürlich keinem Abbruch. Die Darreichungsform und auch die Anrichtung der Gerichte ist ansprechend. Leider katapultiert einen die Einrichtung und das Ambiente in die Zeit des Wirtschaftswunders. Teppichboden, Eiche rustikal und und Möbel aus längst vergangenen Zeiten sorgen für eine piefige Atmosphäre. Auch die Bedienung ist nicht state of the art . Ich würde sie nicht als unfreundlich, aber auch nicht als freundlich bezeichnen. Alles in allem kann man bei Frankenstein lecker und gut essen. Die Preise sind Durchschnitt. Das Ambiente, falls man das so nennen darf, entspricht eher dem eines in die Jahre gekommenen Wirtshauses aus den 1960ern. Mit wenigen Mitteln könnte man hier viel bewirken. Wohlfühlfaktor ist woanders."

Er findet meist noch ein Plätzchen und dann gibt es sein sehr gutes Essen. Am liebsten Futter ich da sein halbes Hähnchen. Der Service ist gut, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, die Preise passen und ich hoffe, dass Robbie es noch lange macht."

"my friend decided this year to celebrate his birthday in the sausalitos. "Ich bin Fan der burgerme Kette. Leider wird das Konzept nicht in jeder Filiale gleich gut umgesetzt. In Krefeld schon, obwohl ich regelmäßig bestelle wurde ich noch nie enttäuscht. Die Qualität ist spitze, der Geschmack auch, und die Lieferung erfolgt steht's sehr schnell, eigentlich fast immer in der Hälfte der Zeit wie vom Lieferdienst angekündigt. Wenn man die Preise mit den großen Bürgerketten MD,BK vergleicht, ist burgerme wirklich günstig, weil man fürs gleiche Geld wesentlich besseres Essen bekommt. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für's Ambiente, das ist anderen burgerme Filialen besser gelöst-Ist für mich persönlich aber nicht wirklich schlimm, weil ich gewöhnlich bestelle oder abhole."
