"Favorite meal I 've had in all of Europe. Their three platter menu comes at an amazing price point in switzerland, and the menu is extremely creative when it comes to ingredient and flavor choice. I went with the foie gras plat, and I was amazed by every dish. Felt very japanese influenced. The black sesame homeade brioche, homemade and toasted went extremely well with the nori and sake terrine. The foie gras and shisho summerroll was extremely refreshing and light, perfect contrast to the other dishes. The ramen is actually soba (but loved it! and poached foie gras was definetly an interesting way to prepare. Every bite was delicious and will definetly recommend this restaurant for anyone coming to Vevey."
