"My experience at Olivier's table The foie gras ....House! Excellent. A smooth mix of tastes and textures with a beautiful presentation. The foie gras, melting in the mouth, served at the right temperature; mango chutney and apples very well dosed, delicious, served in the spoon; the lukewarm fruit bread with a slightly crispy crust was excellent and accompanied perfectly this dish. Trio sea land: delicious, perfect cooking of the 3 components, perfectly accompanied by a purée of and 3 small balls that explode in the mouth and that I let you discover... The service is done in simplicity and with smile, kindness and attention. A very good table with a good value price to discover and that I keep in my address book"
