"disappointment, the prices and the presentation of the dishes, the size of the limited menu, suggest that we are going to a semi-gastro restaurant but the taste was not there. a “creamy rice” that doesn’t have one. The markers of rizotto are rice cooked in a base (veal, poultry, shellfish... whatever a cheese (Parmesan, Comté... , we had neither one nor the 'other. just rice cooked in cream... bland, tasteless. I have eaten risotto in major all-you-can-eat buffet chains that are much better. The cooking of the escalope was mastered, but it was still much too firm (poor choice of supplier my wife had caught a sea bream, it was bathed in oil (literally . And the ratatouille puree lacked roundness. It would have benefited from cooking longer, to have more concentrated/pronounced flavors, there was a fleeting taste, and a little acidic. the date of my zero coke was still in the works... a week or so away. But the taste was already worn out. (I could have asked to change it... but in general, I end up with a second coke, from the same batch, which has the same problem, so I took it upon myself the starters, however, were quite good. the tuna bread was tasty, and not dry. and the gazpacho with ice cream had great flavor and was perfectly seasoned."
