"We went yesterday Friday night 18/03 to the Trufa theme menu. As we arrive, they make you wait to check the table, wouldn't it be better if they have the agenda or what they hear at the same door?Because come on, they tell me, "Hello, have they booked? I'll check it out and I'll take you." That's very cold. Well, we sit down and see that they have announced on the flyer table calendar type the menu of the truffle and the menu of the restaurant. We told the young girl that we came to that menu and she tells us she has to talk to the roommate to confirm to see if she's available. our faces a poem. We ask you why you have to ask if in the reservation you do not have to tell you that you want it or refer to that they are limited units in advertising on networks. Well, at the time, the lady who is older appears, as always (we have been on several occasions) slightly unpleasant, asks us that if we already know what we want, we tell her that this menu and pibe bad face, sighs and says she will talk to kitchen because they have had many meals today and there is no... she returns in a few minutes and confirms that yes...This woman could be more pleasant and save those faces. the menu consisted of 4 dishes and a dessert for 42 euros in total, including filtered water and breeding wine. the dishes very well, there was no truffle of course in any dish: truffle cheese, chickpeas stew with foie pieces, risotto and egg type poche with potatoes and bounces. dessert, biscuit with ice cream and truffle. all the very rich dishes except the cake that seemed a bit “mazacote” and dry. He didn't get us. We told her when she finished the lady, and she didn't get much grace on the comment...You have to practice active listening. The restaurant was complete. The very nice young girl."

"He recently received an award for the best spain potato tortilla. the truth I have tasted tortillas of worse, equal or better flavor (I mean, that the taste can sometimes vary from one tortilla to another, even in the same place,) but it was delicious and little made. what if they characterize and for what they deserve the prize, is the homemade recipe and with mime that they continue to make. 27 tortillas a day, which do not last in the bar and is not for less. Selected potatoes, marinated all night, Riojan oil. the end, an exquisite product. And like this, they all take care of so skewers, wines and beers. a family business in which you can check the mime and care with which you treat so products and your clientele. my most sincere congratulations and recommendation. I wanted to point out, in the presence of several negative reviews as far as the end of stocks of the tortilla, which effectively make a limited number because they do them with mime and care and as everything has a limit. Of course it is a shame to go there and try it and not, but it is also to be valued that they do not do them in mass as other franchises, because they would not have that affection and would be 'a more tortilla'. surely over time they can encompass the growing demand. but given their popularity and taste, it is not surprising that they end quickly. I was joto when they opened at 11:30 and only in the first 15 minutes they had already exhausted almost 5. We value a little dedication and effort."
