"A little disappointed with this experience in this family establishment where I expected an explosion of taste buds. It should be noted that the lobster was excellent. However, I did not find the accompaniments sufficiently raised, they were missing peps (lemon juice ?gingembre ? spices? Pickles ? Salicornes ? . The sauce didn’t really taste either. "Contrairement à ce qui a été écrit dans les critiques antérieures nous n 'avons pas du tout trouvé l 'accueil désagréable, bien au contraire. Venus seulement prendre un verre après dîner nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. L 'intérieur du Carré est cosy et fait penser à un pub anglais. La place est restreinte mais c 'est ce qui en fait tout le charme, en comparaison avec les usines qui bordent le quai. Prix tout à fait acceptables."

"A very good address! The menu price (32€ has slightly increased compared to previous comments I have read, but for the flat-entry dessert it remains correct. Moreover, the quality is really at the rendezvous it was very good! The small plus: super original concept of the airy house very good in the Breton horn. And with these glasses, a little housewife was offered! If we return to the east, we will return without hesitation!"

"Très bonne gastronomie malheureusement enfant pas trop la bienvenue je pense, nous dire que le verre coûte à eau de couleur coute 40€ et qu'on lui ramene un petit verre expres pour elle, alors que notre fille est habitué à boire au verre à vin c'est un peu déplacé comme reflexion je trouve (tous les enfants ne sont pas tous mal elevés et mal eduqués) mais à part ça la cuisine est délicieuse. Peut être préciser aux réservations qu'il n'y pas de boissons autre que de l'eau et du vin et aucun menu enfant même si le patron a proposé de faire une omelette. Je recommande pour les plats mais nous n'y retournerons pas."

"I dined here as part of a group of 7, and the whole experience was really excellent. The food combinations and flavours and textures were really well thought through and assembled, down to small details like pouring sauces at the table so the textures were crisp where they were planned to be. Every dish choice was excellent. The wine was lovely, although for the overall standard of the restaurant I’m surprised it wasn’t more extensive. The staff were very friendly, patient with us when we were delayed on arrival and helped with organising taxis the next day, plus very professional in their table service."

",ce restaurant ce situe juste en face de la gare de lorient . il ne paie pas de mine, l espace est tres grand, les tables eparses , ca fait un peu buffet de gare ... il y a une salle au fond avec une immense table ronde pour les groupes . je viens surtout vous parler de leur assiette kebab ... c'est tres copieux et surtout tres bon ! le prix est plus que raisonnable quand on a une grosse faim . la carte des vins est spartiate et a vrai dire, mieux vaut eviter .. les glaces sont tout aussi copieuses que le plat , vous ressortirez de ce kebab plein et satisfait . soirée dans e orientale un ou deux samedi par mois ."
