"Despite only being a table of two persons and arriving before 7pm, we could only just be accommodated in a small room on the third floor (dining is also possible in various rooms of the ground floor, first floor and cellar as well as the biergarten. The menu card contained many classic German dishes and I particularly enjoyed the cream of potato soup for starter with a good solid, sausage and sauerkraut dish for main course. The food was well cooked and promptly served in spite of it being very busy with a mix of large and small groups dining. My rating would have been 4/5 but for the fact that they run out of one of their own brews that I had wanted to try but overlooking that, a solid 4/5 dining experience."

"for a relatiw small town luneburg is surely well provided in restaurant inserts. this charming former cinema was tastefully converted into a large, quirky restaurant and bar. my colleague and I ate here after a long day of travel and have been treated...to immediate service with really delicious economical from the seasonal asparagus menu. we just stopped it with a starter and a main course, and again the service was prompt and attentive, although it was missing from an English menu. the choice of beer was varied with different brews to match a lot of taste. the cold weather on the day of our visit meant that eating free was not a good idea, but the terrace looked inviting and I could imagine that it was popular on a sunny day"

"Wir kennen das Bacchus in Lüneburg recht gut, allerdings nur als Lieferservice.Vielleicht oder vermutlich gibt es, meiner Meinung nach, bessere griechische Restaurants in Lüneburg und Umgebung; als Lieferdienst ist das Bacchus in jedem Fall prima!Die Lieferzeiten liegen zumeist zwischen 30 - 45 min, die Preise sind durchschnittlich und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und verbindlich.Die Speisen selbst sind lecker, die Auswahl ist recht groß und bei Anlieferung sind die Portionen noch ausreichend warm.Als Lieferservice ist das Bacchus eine Empfehlung wert."

"Wir waren heute zur später Stunde im Restaurant, dieses war gut Besucht, halt Samstag Nacht. Tischservice konnte nicht genutzt werden, da keine Tischaufsteller zur Verfügung waren, ok, bestellen wir hat und holen und das Essen selber. Kein Problem! Nach einiger Zeit bemerkten wir, daß vom Personal einer die Tür zuschließt, es kam keiner Raus oder rein. Nach dem dann andere Gäste zum Tresen sind, um zu bitten das die Tür ihnen geöffnet wird und danach wieder abgeschlossen wurde, Schritt mein Lebensgefährte ein und verlangte das die Tür geöffnet bleibt, bzgl. Brandschutz und Fluchtweg! Er ist Feuerwehrmann. Der Angestellte schien ihn nicht verstanden zu haben, als der Manager dazu kam, wurde es laut. Meinen Lebensgefährte wiederholte sein Einwand die Türen (Fluchtwege) abzuschließen erneut. Der Manager gab daraufhin an, daß sein Personal überlastet sei und die Bestellungen schon 50 Min. benötigen. Nach langen Hin und her sagte der Manager zu einem Angestellten, das er vor der Tür neu kommende Gäste abweisen soll, da sie die Bestellungen nicht mehr schaffen würde. Wir warteten dann noch ca. ne 3/4 Std.. Ein Bekannter kam dann zu uns und sagte, daß wir wohl mit unseren Bestellzettel zum Tresen gehen müssten, da die Bestellungen schon eine Ewigkeit nicht mehr in der Anzeige zu sehen ist. Sie hätten grade ihre Bestellung auf Nachdruck erhalten. Wir also zum Tresen, dort wurde wild durcheinander Bestellungen fertig gestellt, zum Teil doppelt! Nach dem wir dort auch einige Zeit standen und wir mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch gekommen waren, die schon 2 Std auf ihr Essen gewartet hatten, unsere Begleiter schon fertig gegessen hatten, bestanden wir auf eine Stornierung unserer Bestellung und das Geld zurück. Bestellt hatten wir 0.19 Uhr, gegangen sind wir 1.45 Uhr."

"Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal hier und konnten uns nicht beklagen. Es ist ein Bäcker mit Bedienung am Tresen. Die junge Frau war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sie hat uns sehr gut beraten mit dem Kuchen in der Auslage. Der Milchkaffee, der Latte und der Kuchen haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Ambiente ist OK, wenn man von einem Bäcker mit Tresenbedienung ausgeht. Alles in allem hat der Bäcker 4 Sterne die ich vertreten kann."

"We would like to go to the office in Bremer Hof with 10 guests. Just go to dinner. At 7:00. In July 2019. So in seven months. Or, in other words, we wanted to spend EUR 1000 at Bremer Hof. But we were recommended to go somewhere else. Reasons: The restaurant wants to make at least 21:30 evenings. Our answer: No problem, 2.5 hours are enough for us. Bremer Hof: It would still be good if you go somewhere else to the mountain stream. I haven't seen anything like that for 42 years. Incredibly arrogant."

I have reserved a table for 4 people by phone, including children's cars and explicitly pointed to the child's car. came in the restaurant, at the reception, I asked the young waiter with barte and very light haare after our table. to answer, I have our table is upstairs and we should carry the baby car up super steep stairs.) I said on the phone extra stated that we came with children's cars and this staircase is just too steep. we could get the child car up, but where with the 5 months old baby? would I not have reserved and pointed out to the child car, I would have taken everything. we have invited our family and can of course nowhere else reserve it! pity that we thought the old forging would be more child-friendly and above all the personal recording, understanding and friendly."

"After a long time I was once again at the stint and found quite astonishing, which in the former bierdorf is a nice cafe. as I wanted to see what happened to my old family, I decided to drink a coffee there. the old bierdorf has turned into such a cozy romantic cafe that I felt equally comfortable. some may be very old-fashioned, but I like the original plough sofas, the old chairs that do not fit each other and the very tand that reminds me of the great stubborn. so I ordered a coffee that was also brought within a very short time by a very friendly service power. I have also had to sneak here, because cups and saucers did not fit together at all and probably came from a household resolution of an older lady who liked roses. but I like it. I like that when everything is cozy and not as perfectly matched as in many modern cafes. the offer ranges from breakfast, to small snacks to delicious torts that I did not eat, but have seen and they looked very delicious. here I thought: they are themselves baked with a lot of love. the prizes are reasonable, what I could read on the map. I will visit this original cafe in any case again and recommend to everyone, as once in a draw. So whoever likes it a bit, doesn't bother that these old giant forks and knives are served to eat, that doesn't fit together and it likes to have a bite, is right here."

"Next: The La Roma has SUPER food and is definitely recommended!!! So the restaurant has been there for over a decade. The dining room is very simple. It has comfortable chairs and often not much goes on. So you quickly have a beautiful intimate atmosphere with good food. The restaurant is known for its delivery service. I have been a satisfied customer for many years! About 1 of 10 orders is not so good (e.g. pizza not cut as desired). This business makes the best salads (so great bread, hmmmhh) and it enchants the best Margherita pizza in the city (have really tested many). This shop is indispensable and if not the best delivery service in Lüneburg! What I want to do now are suppliers who speak better German and make a semi-serious impression."
