Inside, the foie gras with mango/ananas chutney and sun veggies were very good. In the flat, the bar net was excellent, very well cooked. The cane net was just sublime, a wonder, a cooking more than perfect. I would even say the best I've ever eaten and yet I can tell you that I've already eaten a lot of them in all kinds of restaurants, from bistro to gastro. I already know what to take as a dish when we return to it even if the rest of the card deserves to be discovered because full of temptation. the accompaniment of the dish was very good too, we loved the involtinis of potatoes and fennel, pretty association.
