"Hello fellow-members of the three-advisor community and internet friends who will read me! invited by friends to share a couscous, we left to an unknown destination (some mystery), unveiled lately in the vicinity of Merignac. We are stationed on the outskirts of the hotel (because few places on the adjoining p) for this moment of conviviality. I joined in pj the menu of the dishes simmered by the chef because our guests had chosen the dishes for the meal; So I can't give my opinion on the other dishes. a l'ordre du jour: couscous royal.During the preparation of the latter, my sempiteral journey through the hygiene block (those who have already read me know why), clean, functional set accessible to the disabled. I'll be back at the table. a small horizon of the room:Despite some pretty canvases on the wall and a decor close to the North Acarica, I find its appearance a bit austere (each its tastes) to the ladle the room has 40 covers. chairs are very comfortable. despite the street adjoining no noise filters. no ext terrace. The house ma^tresse brings the object of our expectation, the accompanying meat is a copyful, well cooked and prepared, the vegetable dish is consequent and the scented semolina is perfect. accompanied by a Moroccan red combining perfectly with the dishes. to make it pass all we have all taken an iced dessert: colonel for your shaved servant, banana split for my friend ( generous balls, ad hoc whipped but bananas sliced)! the positive points are:Home friendly, quick and courteous svc (family structure away from the food chains) coming, fresh and quality products clean and well-kept of the affordable wines all turns around the couscous so oriented map (can be frozen risk)The negative ambience points a little austere (the ambience music is too discreet, but each its tastes)Station (see the hd"

"Fluid service, cooking and presentation of quality dishes. The menu offers meat dishes essentially, but you can also find fish and vegetarian dish. For the air: 2 charcuterie boards and a small camembert in the oven... delicious! Despite the overall quality of the plates served, this visit is made up of small bemols; on the one hand on one of the 3 ordered ribs: piece with lots of nerves, on the other hand the 2 beef tartars were served without the pallet of condiments for seasoning them. Fortunately, guests enjoyed the nature of tartar and the freshness of nature meat. Finally, one of the two pork ribs was slightly too cooked, but it did not alter the appreciation of the dish! There's a nice wine list. Ambiance of casual and cozy places. Both intimate and user-friendly, in a sober setting. Restaurant located in a residential area at the corner of a street of a passing cross. Easy parking and access. We spent a good time with family and it's a nearby address we keep. NB: subjective opinion that comments on the visit of the day... It's up to you to review this address to be tested! Every day can be different... for us it was, among other things: Entries: Carpaccio of the moment, tartine with dried tomato and ham Serano Œuf in low temperature cooking, wine sauce, bacon and small crusts Plat: Pig coast, reduced juice, roast butternut and its field pie Desserts: Entremet with chocolate, Pralin and its hazel shines"
