"When we came back from Italy in the rain on a motorcycle, we enjoyed the welcome of our host who, despite our decaying outfits, gave us a corner to change and dry our combinations. And there, in a pleasantly decorated vintage mountain-motor room next to the stove, we warmed up with a simple meal but succulent paupiettes with potatoes to the Italian.
