"We were in the Moerser brewhouse for the brunch of Sundays. The ambience is true, the service was attentive and friendly. However, the food, the main thing, was not consistent. In addition to the normal sausage and cheese plate, scrambled eggs with bacon, ger. "Wir kommen oft hier her. Leider nur noch unter der Woche. Am Wochenende bekommt man das Gefühl " Wir nehmen alles an Reservierungen an was geht. Hauptsache der Umsatz stimmt." - Lange Wartezeiten am Büffet- Viel viel zu laut- Nach kurzer Zeit keine Gläser, kalte Getränke ( Bier und Softgetränke waren warm) , Teller und Speisen mehr da.- Teller stapeln sich am Tisch und keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich. Unter der Woche allerdings das komplette Gegenteil:- Super Service- Schneller Service- Warme Speisen am Buffet und kalte Getränke- Man kann sich vernünftig Unterhalten und muss nicht schreien- alles ist sauberUnter der Woche wirklich empfehlenswert und Lecker!Wir kommen gerne her."

"Obwohl das Culinario schon länger in Moers ist, haben wir es im August erstmals besucht. Der Besuch hat sich wirklich gelohnt. In einem klaren Bistro Stil eingerichtet wird im Culinario eine hervorragende italienische Küche praktiziert. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich und offensichtlich täglich neu. Kleine Vorspeisen, eine Reihe von Hauptgerichten und einige Desserts bietet die Speisekarte. Wir haben uns fürs Bruscetta Culinario entschieden und waren begeistert. Auf schmackhaften und herzhaften Landbrot eine Bruscetta mit Tomaten wunderbr gewürzt, Rucola und Shrimps. Danach gabe es Tagliatelle mit Steinpilzen und Salsiccia sowie Spaghetti mit Calamaris und Sardinen. Beides nur zu empfehlen. Die offenen Weine ob rot oder weiß nicht außergewöhnlich aber der Küche und dem Ambiente angepasst.Erwähnenswert auch das Landbrot mit dem dazugereichten Olivenöl - nur zu empfehlen.Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wir freuen uns wiederzukommen."

"Having made a short trip up to the Duisburg area for a short appointment one Wednesday evening recently, we decided to take pot luck and find somewhere for evening dinner in the area. We descended on La Garda which looked reasonable from the outside. We...took advantage of the limited free parking and walked into the brightly lit, modern restaurant. There weren’t too many other diners on that particular midweek evening but that didn’t disturb us. Ordering our drinks and meal was a little awkward. The young waitress didn’t seem to have much of a grasp of the job – I’ve never had to explain what Gorzonzola cheese is to staff in an Italian restaurant before! But fortunately the “boss” and presumably cook knew what I meant… I had a large pizza with additional spicy Italian sausage gorgonzola cheese. The ordered pepperoni didn't materialise but it was too much trouble to question that... The spaghettispinach dish was delicious. The drinks, Pils beer, apple schorledrink and glass of red house wine were fine. All in all this was a quiet place to enjoy a tasty Italian style evening meal"

"It was really nice there! We were invited to a baptism and the ambience and food as the drinks were very good! There were fresh homemade bread to start with aioli, tomato and olives! Then there was a cold appetizer dish with all kinds of delicious things. For the children there was pizza Margherita and As the main dish one had the choice between salmon and beef flakes with potatoes and vegetables! Both was super tasty!the only thing you could complain is that the vegetables were something to bite but still very fresh and delicious! For dessert there were panna Cotta, Tiramisu and a chocolate-coated wind bag! As far as costs are concerned, no idea was invited!"

"Personal allgemein freundlich, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Tomate, Mozarella mit Basilikum wird anstatt mit Basilikum mit Pfefferminz Blättern ausgegeben! Natürlich ohne zu fragen. Basilikum gab es nicht mehr lt Aussage des Chefs in der Metro, aber steht auch nicht mit Basilikum auf der Karte. Leider kennt der Chef seine eigene Karte nicht, da dies sehr wohl so verzeichnet ist. Warum man das Basilikum nicht einfach im gegenüberliegenden Edeka Samstags bis 20 Uhr einkauft um es auch Sonntag zu haben erschloss sich uns nicht. Brot Beilage hart - kein Witz. Hauptgericht Grillteller: Steak, Lamm und Schweinefilet. Leider wird der Gast nicht gefragt wie er sein Steak will. Steak steht aber als Inhalt des Grillteller nicht auf der Karte. Nach Meinung des Chefs muss der Gast danach fragen, nicht der Service. Spinat, Kartoffeln, Fleisch geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. So leid es uns tut, aber so schlecht haben wir noch nie gegessen. Der Chef reagierte auf die sachlich, normal vorgebrachte. Kritik mit den Worten "das mag daran liegen, das sein Essen nicht aus der Dose kommt." Kein Witz, Originalton! Schade ist, dass die Zutaten des Hauptgerichtes frisch erscheinen und auch optisch gut angemacht waren. Leider konnte man diese aber nur probieren und nicht essen konnte. Wir denken das hier jemand sein Handwerk nicht versteht, passt aber zu der unverschämten Art und Weise des Chefs. Allgemein eine Katastrophe!"

"here is a special case. eating is absolutely delicious. they get a brilliant moussaka. the dings are fresh and appealing. no criticism, in the opposite. I pulled out a star because I find the man behind the theke, is it the chef? very unfriendly. the personal in general could be a little more attentive, more beautiful. otherwise an absolute recommendation if they want to eat Greek. for me my first choice, now terrace on the menu and the thing would be perfect from eating."

"In the small kitchen there are still real handwork...the preparation took a little longer. Barbecue plate was a decent portion of meat. However, I am used to other quality from Greek cuisine: The Gyros was dry and not really fresh, the Souvlaki had only small and not necessarily lean meat pieces and the salad was just a bunch of iceberg salad with some tomato and cucumber slices, which was not delicious. All in all, it wasn't such a great experience for me."

For instance, you wait for food, but you have to start freshness so you can look beyond it. The restaurant moves in the slightly elevated middle class. As a guide: a large bottle of water costs 6€ as well as in other restaurants."

"Bei der Hitze keine Lust gehabt zu Kochen und einfach mal auf TripAdvisor nach nem schönen mediterranen Restaurant geschaut. Beste Bewertungen hatte das La Calma. Und das mehr als zu Recht. Erste Sensation war das Ambiente. So ein gepflegtes und stilvolles Restaurant gibts nicht oft. Der Garten hat dann alles getopt. Elegant, großzügig und top gepflegt. Der Empfang durch den bayerischen Geschäftsführer mit marokkanischen Wurzeln, war sensationell. Als ob wir seit Jahren Stammgäste wären. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Der Hund bekam als erstes sein Wasser, was uns als Hundebesitzer natürlich sehr freut. Ist ja leider nicht selbstverständlich. Aperitif und Wasser waren auch für uns ruck zuck serviert und der obligatorische Gruß aus der Küche ebenfalls. Der Blick auf die Karte offenbarte Großartiges. Mediterrane und doch eingedeutschte Küche mit sehr viel Finesse. Wir haben uns dann schließlich ein Mal die Karte rauf und runter gefuttert und waren dann auch mit dem Essen restlos zufrieden. Wenn es möglich wäre, diesem hervorragenden Restaurant 6 Punkte zu geben, würden wir das tun !!!"
