"I ordered takeout from Balti Nailsworth and, despite calling in our order, I still had to wait almost 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. The staff didn't seem to be in a hurry, and there was no offer of a drink while I waited. Unfortunately, the food was quite bland—lacking any spice even in the dishes that were meant to be hot. To top it off, the pilau rice was a soggy mess. I'm really disappointed since this was our first visit, and I won't be going back. It's a shame because we wanted to support a local business!
