"We celebrated our marriage on September 2 at Volcan Sancy. For the occasion, we had privatized the restaurant and reserved all the rooms of the hotel. This event was organized a little in the last minute (first visit barely 5 months before the party, which makes it short for a wedding). However, everything was perfect thanks to the immense involvement of the room manager, Jonathan, who showed himself to listening, inventive, reactive. The whole staff (salle, household, kitchen) has always been smiling and pleasant. Special mention to the people who did the service at the dinner table and the chef who was able to adapt while he took his post after the surprise departure of the previous chief with whom we had already validated everything. This stressful event was a great success thanks to all of you. We will not fail to recommend you. Thank you!"
