"Elite Sleaford used to be very good. Good food and friendly and efficient staff. The latest batch of Front of House staff give the very strong impression that not only do they not want to be there but they don’t want you there either. I think a lot of the customer facing staff are P/T and don’t have a great deal of interest in the longevity of the business, so long term doesn’t matter to them but it should matter to the owners and full time staff. I suggest they have a very critical look at who they are employing."
