"Nach dem ersten Besuch des Brandecks, muss ich leider sagen, dass es für mich auch der letzte war.Schade, denn das Essen war wirklich lecker und das Konzept des Biergartens wird gut umgesetzt.Dennoch muss ich sagen,dass der Service echt caotisch war. Wir bestellten 2x Beilagensalat und 2x Hauptgerichte.Nach knapp 40min kam das erste Hauptgericht. Für die nächsten 20min keine Spur von den Salaten (obwohl sowas ja eigentlich noch vor dem Schnitzel serviert werden sollte?!), geschweige denn von der zweiten Hauptspeise.Platz für Beschwerden war keiner, da man die Kellner mit Leuchtpistole und Megafon auf sich hätte aufmerksam machen müssen, wenn man denn überhaupt mal einen Kellner erspäht hat, der für den Tisch "verantwortlich" war.Die Rechnung zu begleichen war ein ähnliches Theater und hat nochmal 25min in Anspruch genommen.Eigentlich schreib ich selten schlechte Bewertungen und ich verstehe, dass es stressig ist, wenn der Biergarten voll ist, aber die zwei Hauptspeisen mit einer 20-30minütigen Unterbrechung zu servien und dann noch die Hauptspeise vor den Salaten...das geht für mich gar nicht. Ich habs beim Essen lieber gemütlicher und organisierter."

"as we have already visited through various Thai or Vietnamese restaurants, it was clear that we sooner or later also visit the mai garden. now it was finally finished and we ordered the monk and the budda. the monk was already from home vegan and the knodda could be prepared without any circumstances vegan. the map also shows that most vegetarian dishes are possible in vegan. the soss of the monk was more like a fat broth, but both tasted delicious in themselves and did not offer any unpleasant surprises. Unfortunately, however, also for no special taste experience, since it is unfortunately only sufficient for a mediocre Asian fusion chef, which can find itself as good as any larger location several times (the maigarten would also be located in the lower third of this category). "Das lokal ist hübsch eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung gab es nen ouzo... bekommt man heute zu Tage auch nicht mehr überall :-)Das essen war soweit ganz lecker... nichts besonderes aber lecker. Auf der karte fehlten mir die zuzuki, die griechischen frikadellen ohne Schafskäse. Das personal ist nett und lange gewartet hab ich auch nicht. Ein typisches Griechisches restaurant in deutschland eben. Die preise sind normale preise."

"The pictures on the homepage and here on Maps were very inviting and promising, so we decided to eat here. We really liked the concept idea, but unfortunately the implementation is a bit mediocre. You could do a lot more with it. The service was very friendly, which left a positive impression. Online booking was also really great, easy and quick. But what really bothered us were the prices or the sizes and quality at these prices. In our opinion these are not appropriate. There were three of us. I had the Ponyhof panel and imagined something great and big underneath. Unfortunately, for the price, my idea was completely different than what came on the table. I'm happy to pay prices like that, but then there has to be something appropriate in return. Either the quality must be better or the portion must be larger. The food was ok but not for the price. I would have imagined more. The salad we ordered €7) was a handful of ready made salad with ready made dressing. Here, too, there is generally nothing wrong with it, but not at this price. Either I get a larger, fresh salad with fresh dressing or the price has to be correspondingly lower if you use convenience. Extra costs for ketchup and even for take away packaging can be argued as to whether you want to impose this on the customer. But if the prices are that high, then that should at least be included. The three of us 2 adults 1 child) paid around €85, but unfortunately we weren't full. Dear Ponyhof team I am confident that you will do this with a lot of love and dedication. "I didn't like the place at all even though the service was friendly enough. However the veggie soup we had included pieces of meat. I changed it for a tomato soup instead and got the boss' killing glance. Ouch! My friend didn't like the veggie soup either as the veg was totally soft and had no taste at all. Apart from the grumpy boss, the bad food and the slow (but friendly service the location with seats outside was nice also very central. But that really was the only positive thing about it. We were happy to leave thinking about doing a runner. ;"

"Quoc Thai Asian Fusion Type Restaurant Falls in Fast Food Categoria Schnell Restaurant o Imbiss. Ma non ci sono troppi ristoranti asiatici a Offenburg e quindi questo è il posto, se vuoi il cibo di Thaitype. È aperto da A.M. a notte. I prezzi sono molto convenienti. Niente va oltre euro. Quei prezzi più alti sono per piatti anatra o il cibo che si trova su una piastra di ferro sfrigolante. Per un ristorante così piccolo Fastfood, il posto ha un menù di buone dimensioni. Penso che il gusto varia in base a ciò che ordini. Abbiamo ordinato al curry di pollo e al curry di agnello, entrambi piccanti. Ma, in realtà non erano così piccanti probabilmente perché cercarono di equilibrare spezie con lo zucchero. Entrambi erano troppo cremosi, ma ho avuto cibo migliore in questo ristorante una volta prima. Quindi, non direi che tutti i piatti sono così. Cose positive sul posto: non può lamentarsi dei prezzi. Puoi controllare il sito Web per i prezzi prima di andare lì. Gli antipasti sono intorno a euro, zuppe di circa euro, piatti vegetariani euro, specialità vietnamita sono un po 'su, intorno a euro. "Since the original entry was removed like many others, I'm posting it again I haven't visited the restaurant since then but friends told me the same thing when we happened to talk about the entry's removal. Since the owner had the entry removed, there is now one less star. The buffet was pretty cold and the service was completely overwhelmed. No receipt with VAT, let alone a signature so everything goes into the slush fund. Since September last year there has been an obligation to submit a TSE if you don't have a signature on the invoice yet, you can avoid paying taxes and the tax office is watching. "

"Liebe Leser und zukünftige Gäste.Wir reisen des öfteren 40km an, nur um im Yam Yam essen zu gehen.Es werden immer wieder lange Wartezeiten und billige Lebensmittel bemängelt.Dem kann ich so einfach nicht zustimmen.Das Restaurant hat eine ruhige, romantische Lage. Optisch ein Mix aus Moderner Bar und Thai-Restaurant. Eben auf Jung getrimmt. Das Unternehmen ist relativ Jung, ebenso die Mitarbeiter.Man versucht hier also etwas tolles, leckeres auf die Beine zu stellen. Ich frage mich jedesmal wer schon einmal selbst Sushi zubereitet hat, was auch noch optisch super aussieht und sich dann das Recht herausnimmt das Geschäft schlecht zu bewerten weil man mal eine Stunde auf eine ganze Sushiplatte warten muss. Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit.Die Preise sind für ein Restaurant, was auch Handwerklich gut sein muss völlig in Ordnung. Mann kann zwar zu 2. auch mal 60 Euro liegen lassen wenn man Hungrig ist, aber dafür kann man sich an allem Satt essen.Ich persönlich kann die Ente immer wieder Empfehlen, aber auch die Vorspeisen oder nur Sushi. Meine Freundin und ich wurden noch nie enttäuscht.Das Yam-Yam ist einfach nur eine Empfehlung. Bringt ein bisschen Zeit mit und gönnt eurem Gaumen etwas gutes :)"

"Gestern hatte ich mich mit einem alten Schulfreund in der Offenburger City getroffen. Der Abend führte uns dann auch ins Schöllmanns, die Location ist genial und die Cocktails extrem gut. Leider hatte ich schon bei einigen vorherigen Besuchen immer wieder Probleme mit dem Service. Manche sind super freundlich und kompetent andere eher weniger und oft arrogant.Gestern war der Service allerdings unterirdisch. Der Barmann war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch begrüßt, das war es dann aber auch mit positivem. Wir saßen 15 Minuten auf der Terrasse ohne das irgend ein Kellner kam, wir waren schon dran zu gehen als ein gestresster Teenager an unseren Tisch kam und fragte was wir trinken wollten. Ein Cocktail und ein Bier. Der Cocktail wurde falsch geliefert (war trotzdem sehr gut) und das Bier vergessen.... Tische waren dreckig Wurden während der ganzen Zeit nicht abgeräumt. Im Kassenbereich hat sich dreckiges Geschirr gestapelt. Das Service Personal ist hektisch herumgerannt ohne wirklich produktiv zu sein und waren offensichtlich total überfordert. Ich selbst arbeite seit fast 20 Jahren international in Hotels und schreibe normalerweise nicht auf TripAdvisor, der gestrige Abend war allerdings schockierend und ich es einfach Schade finde das so etwas dort passiert. Ich würde auch den Mitarbeitern keinen Vorwurf machen und denke man sollte mehr auf deren Training achten und diese besser einlernen. Ich verstehe das wahrscheinlich viel mit Aushilfen und Jobbern gearbeitet wird, jedoch denke ich auch das mit etwas mehr Training die Gäste experience wesentlich besser sein könnte."

"we, a party of four, ordered the following: each of us a small side salat 2 x pasta combinazione 1 x rigatoni with 4 cheese sauce 1 x pizza other items: mineral water, beer, wein etc. the service was friendly and...a good tempo. some remarks: in Germany you can only call a mineral water if you bring the water in an original bottle, unopened to the table there were no marks on the wine glasses to show the volume (in Germany you should have this or as an alternative, wein is served by a small jug that shows the content in which 1/4 liter) the pasta with the cheese sauce would have needed. white pasta with a white sauce on a white dish. the pasta combinazione was only convenient tortellini and various noodles, tomato sauce, the upper layer with cheese congratulated. the happiest of all was the person with the pizza. that seemed to be the best choice. the byhalates had very little dressing or rather only brown edgy on them, the few chunks and the rubbed carrots were among the green salat leaves. that was the worst salate I had for years. I think that small adjustments such as salat with a scratch-wear and less items on the menu would improve the quality. the location in the city center is quite good, the ambiente okay, eating more moderately than well."

"Lustloser Service, keine persönliche Begrüßung, leider war meine Vorfreude schnell getrübt. Leere Behälter im Büffet, das Essen in einer Warmhaltevorrichtung verkocht ist klar aber hier sollte der Gastronom gefragt sein und austauschen. Die Fassade des Gebäude ist sehr runtergekommen obwohl hinten alles neu gemacht worden ist. Die Begrüßung war leider kaum bzw. nicht vorhanden, keine Erklärung wie was abläuft man ist sich selbst komplett überlassen. Beim Zahlen kein Blickkontakt keine verabschiedung nichst. Das Essen was frisch aufgefüllt wurde war an sich nicht schlecht. Leider waren es in der Stunde wo wir da waren nur 2 Gerichte die frisch nachgebracht wurden."

Das ist uns schon das zweite Mal passiert.Wir haben ein Rinder-Steak bestellt und auch bekommen.Leider waren die Garstufen/-punkte wieder mal völlig daneben. Die Fleischqualität war gut.Eine Frechheit finde ich es allerdings, noch extra Geld für einen kleinen Klecks Kräuterbutter zu verlangen und es bei der Bestellung nicht einmal zu erwähnen!!!Die Kräuterbutter war zwar selbst gemacht aber geschmacklich völlig daneben.Die Preise sind oben angesiedelt - da darf so etwa nicht passieren!Ebenfalls sollte hier mehr auf die "Sonderwünsche" der Gäste eingegangen werden.Daher Fazit: Preis-Leistung nicht okay! Leider habe ich solche Tatsachen schön öfters im Bekanntenkreis (OG und Umgebung) bestätigt bekommen."

"Zu unserer Verwunderung haben wir das Gasthaus Helmer nicht bei Tripadvisor gefunden, obwohl wir dort schon mehrfach ausgezeichnet gegessen haben.Die Küche ist konstant sehr gut. Wer Wert auf eine gepflegte Tischkultur und persönliche Note legt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Schön dass es noch solche Restaurants in der Region gibt."

"Mal zur Abwechslung ein gelungener Zwangsstopp durch die Bahn. Dir h Zufall entdeckten wir das super geniale Gleis 77, ein Restaurant treffend im Bahnstil ausgestattet. Ich war wirklich begeistert von der genialen Interpretation von Kaiserschmarrn mit Mandeln statt Rosinen und Zwetschgen. So ziemlich das beste Schmarrn das ich bislang gefunden habe! Das Team war sehr freundlich und schnell, vor allem toll fand ich den Koch auch kennengelernt zu haben. Nochmal großes Lob war sehr lecker.
