"We booked a table for yesterday at 6pm. We were sat down and ignored. After getting out own menus and waiting 15 minutes for a waiter, we finally had our order taken. We then waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive by which time our young children were over tired and not hungry. In the meantime, 3 take away orders were collected right in front of our eyes. The staff were all working hard but the place was hugely under staffed!!! Why on earth when you can't serve your customers in the restaurant would you prioritise take aways?? Very poor!"
