"Having previously enjoyed several meals here, we decided that this would be a great place to take visiting family, including children. When we arrived, inside was empty but a number of tables outside were full. We were seated straight away but had to help ourselves...to menus as we were not given any. We sat for about mins before someone came to take our order and another mins for the drinks to arrive at our table, having had to ask a number of times how long it would be. We then had to wait about another mins for the food to come out which had clearly been sat for a while as it was no longer hot. We spoke to the waitress about the length of time we had to wait but were given no apology apparently they couldn't do anything about it, they were just busy. The food was good but they were clearly under staffed and we will not be visiting again."
