"Wir hatten Pasta und Fischcarpaccio.Das Carpaccio war wässrig und gefroren, der Kommentar der Bediehnung:"Das machen alle Restaurants so, damit man es besser schneiden kann."AHA.Aber in keinem anderen Restaurant habe ich bisher sowas vorgesetzt bekommen,und bei solchen Preisen mag ich auch keinen angetauten Fisch essen.Das auch nicht mehr ganz frische Brot gabs nur auf Nachfrage,das Carpaccio habe ich zurück gehen lassen und stattdessen auch Pasta bestellt.Der Innenhof machte einen etwas verwahrlosten Eindruck, zwei von drei Toiletten waren zugesperrt (keine Lust zu putzen?Das erklärt im Nachhinein einiges)Schlußendlich wurde uns statt der Pasta der (dreimal so teure) Fisch in Rechnung gestellt,von dem ich ziemlich genau zwei Bissen hatte.Gehts noch?? Der Gast freut sich auf Fisch, wird enttäuscht, bevormundet und fühlt sich am Ende auch noch über den Tisch gezogen...Beim Blick in die Küche während des Bezahlens (man mußte reingehen, weil die Bediehnung sich nicht draußen blicken liess, weshalb auch während unserer Anwesenheit gefühlte hundert Euro Umsatz wieder gegangen sind) jedenfalls konnte ich noch einen Blick in die Küche erhaschen, wo ein Koch mit Zigarette im Mund gekocht hat....Nie wieder!!!"

"We stumbled upon this carry-out restaurant today. They have little arab pizzas with different toppings, babaganoush, beautiful yeast breads with different fillings and fresh roasted vegetables. We got a variety to go and ate some of it this evening and the quality, freshness and flavors...were excellent. Since there were so many people going into the shop we are wondering why we never found this before. This is the kind of place that is great for take out after work. We both agreed it was the best hummus ever"

"We all have a dream to discover a real restaurant, a mixture of ambiance that is neither fake nor contrived, food that captures the essence of its source, staff that are friendly and personable and not like trained dogs, a chef that either owns the...restaurant or its his/her responsibility for consistency and art and a menu that invigorates you and shows fresh ideas or classics with something extra. So it was with a welcome surprise that while in Regensburg recently I was recommended by TA to try Federico Secondo a wonderful name that is itself a true bridge between Germany and Italy and more importantly the Italy of Puglia and Sicily. Like Frederick II, this restaurant appreciates the arts and the art of cooking. With a small kitchen that expands into the dining room proper where the assistant makes the fresh pasta, the chef is right there, working in front of you. Its his restaurant. Only after we ate, did I appreciate that all of the pastas (and I suspect the bread) is made freshly as I then proceeded to watch a wonderful display of the dough being kneaded and then pressed through a wire mesh to make No. spaghetti. I had fish fillets cooked in lemon, basil and with capers, my daughters had various pastas including sage flavoured ravioli, The single waitress looked after all of the guests some of which were regulars and who chatted with her. I read the German reviews and they were all favourable but for non-German speakers I wanted to also support their positive impressions and clearly recommend a detour to Regensburg and this small trattoria with its faded photos of Puglia, the chef and his awards and of course Federico Secondo overseeing it all."

"Der kleine Hunger zwischendurch und der Tipp unserer Tochter ließ uns das Max + Muh ausprobieren. Wir fanden im Garten einen netten Platz. Die Bedienung war äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend - sofort fühlten wir uns wohl. Die Einrichtung im Garten ist zwar auf "alt" gemacht, dennoch sehr gemütlich. Getränkekarte ist schon eine Wucht! Lauter kleine "Spezialitäten", Biere verschiedenster Brauereien, Pale Ales, aber auch leckere Antialkoholikas. Essen kam sehr zügig - es gibt Burger und Ähnliches in vielfältiger Variation - für jeden was dabei. Alles war echt superlecker! Immer gerne weiterzuempfehlen! Weiter so!"

"warn yesterday for the first time and like to come back. It is very cozy, the staff is really very friendly (you are already greeted with a smile and eating is also super delicious! Had a BBQ burger with pommes, onionrings, chickenwings, a cheeseburger and a BBQ pizza beverage. Everything has tasted us very well and the wobble rings are the hammer, super seasoned, out nice crispy, the best I've ever eaten!!! The burger was great, all fresh and tastefully really delicious! The chickenwings also warn me very well about the BBQ sauce. Price/performance is great, have paid for all 33 euros and then really warn long. Have what we have not managed to take home; come again, continue so"

"harry was a weiberheld. he could not let the underarms of the girls get out. a large part of the energy he has available, he has despised his sexually. When we met, harry was already in the mature age. but his villain drove him all the time. Yes, he was fit, the harry. trains with strong muscles, strong tendons and hardly a gram of fat. a sporty as he says. waldlauf was part of his everyday program. without personal trainer he took up the fight against the inner pig dog. who rusts, who rusts – was his choice, and in contrast to many now think, it was not his wife struggling that cost him the life. Rather, it was a secret back of the naked, and now it lies before me. blue herb remains blue and brittle dress remains brittle. the blue crimsons there was. what a lice mouse, and everything revolves around the good old harry. he was probably a pretty 18-end. his sport doesn't sound so good with me - as the only grieving guest. he did not suffer from cartilage clothing. they were all there. I could count this, and the braut herb, the blue dress was a little too fat. the creamy sauce made again. somehow I had confused the restaurant that was recommended to me. “A guads esse gibbs is always available . unn de scheensde biergoarden in rengsburch iss aah.” with the beer garden I couldn’t really start a lot on December 22nd. too shady. in the large part of the open-air stall, a Christmas tree salesman found his place anyway. In addition, a double-lined fox-peltist offers its neck and double-lined fuchspelt. my other experiences with the Bavarian “Bräustüberln” are actually not the worst. Why would that be different in regensburg? I didn't know any harry yet. the gastronomy is neither hip nor hopp. it is “typical”, rustic and traditional. even with a tiled stove and I liked it. at 13 o'clock the place was well visited. the number of around 40 guests was probably back to lunchtime. but there were also two table rows with hunger strikers. they had more with the liquid broth. the only service had to do with the first supply and push-up. it took a whole thing until I knew. I sat alone at one of the last free tables in the middle of the room. until then harry was delivered, but it took only a little longer than it claimed to place the order. Eating is usually much faster than the annoying but indispensable administrative part of an economic trip. "pay, please" . a friendly node. but then the kitchen broke without gnade and sniffed part for part on the board of the permeated. of course it had to be volk. the various animals do not thrive for the local population. full understanding. but it took some time and I allowed myself a newer, friendly wink. the nice woman made a train right away, came from me and cried a few of 12.80 I paid with a drink and asked for an exit. a beer had to be served before. on one of the following paths my slimmer was cleaned. peng, schepper, klirr. the thick braut dress was on the floor. the crash site. I should go, pfeiff to break out."

"Wollte mal zu Mittag anderes essen außer chinesisch, indisch und auch nicht teuer... da kam mir dieser Dönerstand in den Sinn. Man kann auch dort im kleinen Gästeraum essen und man wird bedient. Ich habe mir für 7€ die Pizza Stern bestellt. War für mich sehr gut belegt und würzig. Zwiebeln Peperoni und Dönerfleisch. Freundliche Bedienung. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich nicht wie in einem 5 oder 4 Sterne Lokal. Normale Tische und Stühle."

"The pizza was nice, very light (didn't bloat me at all and the taste was on point; on the other side, the tomato sauce was a bit liquid honestly, and too much oil, but as you can read that didn't change the taste that much, still a good pizza : . For being in Germany, the Tiramisù was nice. But the cheesecake is out of this world, soooo lecker. The environment is really nice, loved it. One thing that doesn't really go with the vibe and threw me a bit off was the absence of actual napkins, they just give you a kitchen roll "

Zuerst wurde behauptet, die Sardellen könne man nicht sehen und dann lapidar geäußert, dass sie halt vergessen wurden, eine wie auch immer geartete Entschuldigung gab es nicht. "Long wooden tables welcome the customer to this very nice Italian restaurant in central Regensburg. As the pizza takes about 10 minutes, our server immediately brought crayons for the children. There is a children's menu as well. We had the vegetarian pizza with artichokes, mushrooms, eggplant and other veggies. It was big enough for two meals so got to enjoy it for lunch and dinner. Nice location, good service, clean restrooms, and overall a strong recommendation."

The are main areas for eating, the central area which can get busy with guest heading towards the toilets at the end. Then left and right are...additional eating rooms. Do not, repeat do not sit at any table with the sign Stammtisch, this is reserved for special locals that use that table. As always the food is great and I believe Kneitinger is one of the best beers in the world."

"Spacious yet cozy, good music in the background and yet not loud or intrusive. It is also possible to enjoy the outdoor seat in the sun or to order breakfast in the indoor area. After my first visit, I only know good about breakfast myself. I had ordered an extensive breakfast offer from the wallboard and was perfectly satisfied afterwards. It consisted of fried zucchini, baked with cheese, a large omelet with fried chicken and tomatoes, with piquant cheese, cold cut, some fruit and homemade toast. The tea (Earl Grey; positive: not in the finished bag but freshly filled and the coffee (Americano were delicious and left no wishes open. For every hot drink there was also a small glass of tap water automatically; something I personally consider very attentive and appreciate because I have to order it too often on top... Round five stars for the successful visit :"

Very nice and quiet courtyard invites you to stay. Good selection of long drinks and other drinks. Price performance ratio absolutely fine. The interior is also really cool, with a very nice bar, good seating and casual atmosphere."

"My daughter is living in Regensburg now and she took me to this restaurant because of the Nachos, she said they are the best, and indeed they are: Self-made (not from a bag), tasty and really well done. But the fajitas… mmmm… what can I say, no Mexican, no Latin will ever fill a fajita with broccoli and carrots, and specially not from vegetables coming from a supermarket frozen bag. Spareribs were tasty but to dry, no sauce, neither BBQ nor chipotle sauce or anything, just dry. I was indeed really disappointed with the food. Not Mexican at all! It is edible? Yes it is. It is tasty? Well, presentation is nice and it is edible. Cocktails are nice, atmosphere is good and service is also very good and friendly. But if you really enjoy and know something about Mexican food, just go for the nachos!"

"Da wir gerne griechisch essen gehen und wir bereits bei uns in Straubing jeden Griechen ausprobiert haben sind wir rein aus Zufall auf diesen hier gestoßen.Viel los war nicht als wir ankamen, Aber das lag wohl auch daran, dass wir sehr zeitig da waren. Später zum Abend hin füllte dich das Restaurant dann stetig.Die Einrichtung ist etwas untypisch für einen Griechen(eher bayrisches Wirtshaus), aber das tut der Küche nix ab.Die Karte ist überschaubar, das heißt nicht überladen mit unzähligen Gerichten wo man Mühe hat das Richtige zu finden.Die Gerichte selbst sind schön angerichtet und hervorragend gewürzt, selten hab ich ein so gutes Gyros gegessen. Oft kommt es ja vor, dass es völlig verbrannt ist und nicht knusprig. Auch die Lammkotletts waren auf den Punkt. Vor dem Essen gabs den üblichen Uzo und danach eine hauseigene Panakotta Nachspeise. Auch die Preise sind angemessen und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Alles in allem ein schöner Abend bei einem Griechen den wir gerne weiter empfehlen möchten."

"This restaurant can give you two dinning experiences, depending on what day and time you come. For most days, lunch is under 10 euros without drinks. You can have a good Chinese buffet with lots of hot dishes, soup, some simple sushi, a few salad items, and ice cream. All self-service.Many nights and some weekend lunches have (for about twice the price) all of the above plus Mongolian Grill. Here you pile your plate up with the raw ingredients that you want grilled and select the sauce(s) that you want the chef to use. Then clip on your numbered clothes pin and submit your plate for grilling. When it is finished, they bring it to you. Hopefully you didn't eat too much of the cooked dishes while you were waiting!The decor is nice, and there is interior, perimeter and outdoor seating."
