"Visited on recent trip to Reutlingen for an event at the stadthalle - about 10 min walk from there so good location for pre-mealWaiter was courteous on arrival with our broken German.Ordered 2 pizzas - very tasty, dough certainly tasted like it was made freshExcellent wine menu choice After pizza served, we were pretty much ignored. No service/offer of dessert,coffee or other drinks.Asking for the bill, took 20mins to come even though not very busy."

"We went to this restaurant because it was the only one serving meals all day long. So we´ve been there in the afternoon and there where only a few guests. We ordered three different meals and wanted to share but there was nothing to share because everything tasted the same. Same Salad on all plates. Same dressing, same flavor. Only the french fries made from sweet potatoes tasted different.The meals where served quick and the stuff was friendly. The prices are very reasonable and for a quick lunch not expecting something special it is a good place to be. By the way: the cake behind the glass case looked yummy - but we did´t try."

"Restaurant mit schönem Ambiente und gutbürgerlicher Küche mit eigenem Bier. Es werden auch vegetarische Alternativen angeboten, die so in anderen Brauhäusern nicht vorhanden sind. Die Flammkuchen sind gut belegt und lecker. Auch die Burger mit Laugen-Bun sind empfehlenswert. Insgesamt werden die Speisen ansprechend dargeboten und sind schmackhaft. Wir waren mit 12 Personen vor Ort. Durch die hohe Auslastung war es etwas laut und die Kommunikation erschwert. Die Bestuhlung war etwas eng."

"Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut: Der Reis, das Chicken und das gefüllte Brot waren sehr lecker aber besonders haben uns die Soßen geschmeckt, die wirklich außerordentlich gut waren. Da wir bestellt haben, sah das Essen natürlich so aus wie geliefertes Essen nun einmal aussieht aber es ist nach nur 45 Minuten angekommen und war noch warm. Leider haben wir dafür aber negative Erfahrungen mit dem Personal gemacht: Die Bestellung war schwer, da die Mitarbeiter nur über spärliche Deutschkenntnisse verfügen. Das hat dann auch zu einem Fehler bei der Bestellungsaufnahme geführt. Das hätte uns nicht weiter gestört wenn nicht von unserer eigentlichen Bestellung sowohl Salat als auch Suppe gefehlt hätten und die Menge der Hauptspeise zwar nicht sehr wenig aber nun einmal auch nicht besonders üppig war. Ohne Intension die Bestellung nicht anzunehmen oder weniger bezahlen zu wollen haben wir dann nochmal angerufen und wollten darauf hinweisen (Fehler passieren ja). Daraufhin wurden wir nach einer kurzen Diskussion nur noch angeschrien und haben den Anruf abgebrochen. Wir sind uns ziemlich sicher, dass das ein Einzelfall war aber trotzdem ist uns diese Erfahrung damit nicht mehr als 3 Sterne wert, obwohl das Essen eigentlich 4-5 verdient gehabt hätte."

"Tex-Mex gibt es mittlerweile ja genug, vor allem von den berüchtigten Ketten. Das Mezcalitos ist der Platzhirsch in Reutlingen, hat bisher alle anderen überlebt, und das zu Recht: Der Laden ist immer angenehm voll, was sich prima auf die Stimmung auswirkt. Das Essen ist halt Tex-Mex, aber dafür einfach saugut! Schon die untere Standard-Messlatte Pommes kriegt schon mal 99 von 100 möglichen Punkten, und am oberen Ende ist das Fleisch: Die diversen Steaks sind der Hammer, da braucht man keine Steakhouse-Kette. Und über die Terrasse rüber vom Restaurant ist die Mezcalitos Raucherbar - die perfekten Cocktails gibt's in beiden Läden! Saugutes Essen, nettes Personal, nette Umgebung, und das seit ich hierher komme (ca. 10 Jahre). Weiter so!"

"Very cozy and stylish ambience, but long waiting time and cool place We have always been very nice and full of anticipation to our favorite Italian in Reutlingen. We had reserved a table for 2 people, which unfortunately was directly at the entrance and through the cool temperatures and through the constant opening of the entrance door it went through a bit all the time. We then asked if we could get another place, which was also possible. Unfortunately, this was again a table where it pulled something, as the table was at the passage to the toilet. In addition, we were only able to order drinks after half an hour (but we also have to say that the restaurant was very full and filled to the last place). From the time the order was placed, everything went perfectly. The distances between the different courses were very well clocked and even during the meal the service staff was very attentive and always asked if everything was fine. The food was as always very delicious, of very high quality and high quality. Prices are very reasonable from the price/performance ratio. Everything in all deserves to eat and the service from the order 5 stars. We always like to come!"

"top China-local in reutlingen and surroundings! everything from duck to seafood very tasty and lush. the best choice is for the Mongolian buffet. they can do as much as they want on the buffet. the seafood, is especially expensive here. they get with the dish on the seafood counter, what they want (hai fish steaks, salmon, crabs peeled or whole, green peeled, small otopus, ink fish etc. also bark and kangaroos meat is there. You choose one of the at least 10 different sauces and give off the plate on the grilltheke. freshly grilled, they are served the delicious at the table. Of course, they can also use the other pots on the buffet. the selection is just great. an evening-filling task is to create the buffet and megalecker! the klempner wine then on cost of the house is obligatory. the restaurant participates in the parking costs of the garage. just show a parking card. never again without canton!"

"I visit the café often and am extremely satisfied and happy with my presence! The atmosphere is very stylish! A large bar in the entrance with an ATM is very convenient for a quick visit or just to withdraw cash and drink an espresso. There are quiet corners in the café for business but also space for a football team at the large marble table in the middle. The food and drinks are very delicious and also very cheap! You can have lunch for 10 euros! The staff is consistently very friendly and accommodating for their age! But they still have to learn some etiquette according to etiquette, which is completely normal! I'm happy to give the usual 10% tip here! Because in a society with a low-wage sector, the staff lives on tips Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"The first question I asked a good friend was: Why to Reutlingen to the Chinese if there is one in Endingen and Mössingen. You get the answer as soon as you enter this restaurant. The size makes it possible to offer a wide range of foods at the buffet, as well as the largest selection known to me, of fillets, fish and shrimps/crebs for fresh roasting. The chocolate fountain is at the end the perfect rounding of the visit! The best Chinese within 50 kilometres!"

"No wow factor. Staff without masks. First of all: They didn't ask us to write down our contact details as required by law. No wonder restaurants need to close in November. The place is yet another Vietnamese restaurant pretending to be a sushi restaurant. The food was okay but nothing special, plate decoration was good but unnecessary (I don't think they clean the plastic orchid every time they put it on another plate). As you can see on my photos the cutlery was dirty. The staff wasn't wearing masks or only under their nose, felt uncomfortable. Tables definitely didn't have 1,5 meters distance between each other, I suggest you don't go there if it's crowded. Only cash payments as mentioned in other reviews. I can't recommend this place, if you want good quality sushi go to kado-ya in Tübingen."

"Were there at a baptism.Leider left the quality. Food was delicious. Only we had to wait too long, then only pick up a staff for food and drinks as order. Für 11 € hatte ich einen Wurstsalat bestellt, der sich leider als Wurstsalätchen entpuppte. Auch das indische Curry war teuer und nicht gerade üppig. Auch wenn die location recht schön ist, so gibt es doch genug Alternativen. Schade."

"You must try the Spaghetti Parmigiana. They prepare it in front of you, they pour the pasta hot directly in the huge parmesan cheese and add melting butter. First time we thought ok, it 's just spaghetti and parmigiana, we can do the same at home , we were so wrong. IT 'S ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS Other favorites are the weekly specials (fresh made ravioli, burrata,... . The pastas and pizzas are very good too. During the last 8 years we 've been to this restaurant the quality of the products, food and service has always been great. The team is very friendly and every time someone is visiting us we bring them here. No one was disapointed so far, even a real italian."

"Durch eine Empfehlung wurden wir auch auf das Restaurant Schützenhaus aufmerksam, das wir bislang nicht kannten.Die Karte ist sehr kreativ und es gibt eine große Auswahl an tollen Gerichten, sodass für jeden von uns etwas dabei war. Wir wählten unter anderem eine Kürbissuppe zur Vorspeise und zum Hauptgang nahmen wir das frische Lachssteak mit hausgemachten Brennnesselnudeln und Sahnesoße das uns von der Bedienung angeboten wurde. Außerdem hatten wir uns noch für die Herbstnudeln, den Zwiebelrostbraten mit einer Maultasche und Bratkartoffeln und für das Hirschsteak mit Steinpilzen entschieden. Unsere Auswahl war spitze, denn das Essen war ein genüsslicher Traum!Doch das "Ü Tüpfelchen" waren die Kuchen und die hohen Torten denen wir nicht widerstehen konnten. Ein großes Lob an die Küche für das wunderbare, leckere und schön dekorierte Essen. Das junge Serviceteam nicht zu vergessen war auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Für uns war das ein tolles Familientreffen. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch im Schützenhaus. Weiter so :)"
