"This is a superb restaurant off the beaten track for Les Arcs and Val D’Isere, If you like great food, it is a must. J-M is a superb host, the chef takes pride in his work and this is great local food in a small village in skiing central at the bottom of the Aguile Rouge. Not far off the BSM-VD’E road and well worth the detour. Tonight, a staple, confit du canard, is up w/ Michelin ratings."
