"Driving from Calabria to Puglia, we were looking for a trattoria on the way and found very good reviews on this place. First, it was a real challenge to find the place, since the navigator found it, but we were still on the highway, and there was no way to enter the place from that side. We had to drive up to the next crossroad and risked to get lost. When we got there, we were shocked: the place looked like the ones you can find in Terence Hill and Bud Spencer films from the 70's: like a buffet for truck-drivers. Since it was full, we thought, it was worth waiting, the food had to be good. We waited 30 minutes for a table and ordered some seafood antipasto and pasta with shrimp. The antipasto was horrible, it was not fresh, chewy, tasteless. The pasta had one piece of baby shrimp on the top and only tomato sauce on the spaghetti. Very disappointing. You could see the waiters running all over the place, but people were always waiting for their food. And all this, with a view on the highway. We paid 30 euro for two people, but it was not worth a penny more."
