"0 stars no recommendation Hotel was canceled before stay! In the conversation was the reservation of several rooms for wedding guests. All rooms already booked were canceled sooner or later. Chronology: offer with extremely inflexible check in times, exceptions only for 30% surcharge on the room price. Call to the hotel whether a different solution would be possible (with a proposal for a package to compensate for the staff use at the reception). The hotel manager in the phone call unfriendly and with extremely arrogant tone. The phone call was terminated without a solution, but already with a very bad feeling. Due to the good local situation we decided to reserve the quota a few days later despite the conditions. We informed this in writing by e-mail and asked for a feedback a few days later. To date, mail was ignored. One of our guests was then informed by phone on a query in an equally unfriendly tone that this reservation was done for the manager, you did not come together. No one could reach us in 3 attempts at reception times. Then our guests have canceled today and received a feedback after 5 minutes. The service and communication behaviour on the part of the hotel is a nausea and leaves much to be desired. I would therefore recommend the hotel in garkeinen case, especially after reading similar reviews on several rating portals."
