"By chance, I bumped into the carving house, and since my wife is a fan of carving, we wanted to try. The map offers dozens of different carvings, all served with salads and pommes. Madame tried the Schnitzel Holsteiner Art while I chose an Indian dish. She didn't find the carving special, the pommes looked good, but were hardly spiced, the carving too strongly roasted. My Indian dish was ok, delicious and the rice was perfect. The crowd was too much for both."
