"very good restaurant overall, it's rather classic cuisine with sometimes a few surprises with touches of exoticism. in terms of experience, we go from the known to, at times, the exceptional (not necessarily constant depending on the dishes chosen . in any case, with quality products, perfectly controlled cooking, harmonious combinations, we are on a very solid base. small dedication that is close to my heart: i who am quite difficult in dessert (not liking sweets , i was seduced by the poached peach which is a fresh, light and balanced dessert in flavors (not too sweet, sweet with the cream, a hint of acidity with the lemon and the blackcurrant sorbet, crunchy with the tuiles, fruity with the taste of peach that stands out well cooking? both? . the only small problem is that the sorbet is too frozen/hard, making the tasting less pleasant, but it's still a real favorite for me. the menu probably changes often but if you see it i highly recommend it.
