"We spent New Year's Eve in this restaurant. The dishes were delicious! The foie gras served as a starter was excellent and very melt in the mouth. The Armorican lobster was also very well cooked. Just a small comment on the veal puck which was slightly overcooked and therefore a little tough. For my part, I prefer it rosé, but there is something for everyone. Congratulations to the very young chef for his very good work. I was going to recommend this restaurant for its welcome and the quality of its dishes, both in presentation and in taste quality, but I am a little more reserved since I have just read a disrespectful response that it is permissible to do the pattern on one of the latest reviews. Your response where you imply that some would prefer to eat cat is disrespectful and borderline racist... Very shocked to have read you. Although I rate the food, ambiance and service 4 stars, I will only give three stars overall in support of the person you have offended. You are harming the image of your restaurant with this type of behavior, too bad.
