Pleasant, polite, a smile one her face, which I always find more approachable just a lovely young lady. There's not enough around in hospitality Kid-friendliness: Like the idea of a childs play area where there is only one way out. Wheelchair accessibility: I found this to be accepting as it's well set out and most door ways are flat at the bottom."
