Then in the dish, a pluma of pork sauce goyave, mushroom flank and crushed with red beans, a truly delight, everything is in good quantity and deliciously prepared. Finally dessert, a tuerie, one of the best cheesecakes in the world ( citrus, biscuit speculoos and coulis of red fruit.) served it all with a good quality and efficiency.A highly recommend during a visit to Saint cirq."
