"During a family trip in early December, we were able to test this hotel, both on the hotel and on the catering side. It was out of the tourist season so it is necessary to take into account the fact of organizing upstream and keeping in mind that teams can be reduced. For the hotel part, when we arrived, even a little late, we were charmed by the modern, clean and cozy room. It always has a lot of stone walls. The view of the village square was a real pleasure for the eyes, adding an authentic touch to our stay. For the catering part, we savored in the evening the tartiflette that allied taste and generosity, everything I personally expect from a traditional dish. We had a full breakfast in the morning Viennese, fruit, yogurts, jams a perfect start for the day. At noon we chose a cake. Although the wait was a little long (but out of season), the quality of the dish made us forget this little inconvenience: The cake was tasty and carefully prepared, which was worth waiting. Count around 20 euros per person. Please note the strategic location of this establishment which is located at the entrance point of the city centre but above all close to the public parking lot of the village of Saint Guilhem le Désert. Attention this parking lot is paid throughout the year but offers a convenient solution to park without trouble."
