"Sant Joan is a sleepy town in the interior of Mallorca. I found it by chance when looking for someplace to eat. They served a basic menu del dia with starter, main course and dessert. All accompanied by olives, bread and bottles of vine and water. I started with a soup, Potaje de garbazos which was hot, spicy and delicious. Main course was Costillas de cerdo also tasty. Finished with a small ice-cream. To drink, rosado and still water."
