"We went to Willy's as a family in one Saturday. It was not rush hour so got a table without reservation. Checked the menu, seemed ok to all our family members (two adults, three kids). Ordered three burgers and one fingerfood platter - and waited. And waited. And waited. Mind you, there were only two, three other people there. Finally the food arrived and to my real and pleasant surprise, it really was just burgers. No sides unless you ordered them separately. Would other hamburger restaurants do the same, please!?!?! If I want a hamburger, I want a hamburger, not a one loaded with fries. Anyway, back to the burgers, which were ok but not spectacular. Cheese burger was exactly that, so was the classic burger, very basic. The burger of the month (Surf & Turf) probably sounded better than it actually was. The fingerfood platter could be bought in any supermarket, indeed disappointing. And the service - well, nothing spectacular either. To sum up, I expected more after reading all the reviews, and won't go back too soon."
