"Absolutely terrible Worst fish and chip shop I have ever eaten from I ordered battered sausage and chips OMG these people can not cook. You are cooking with the oil too hot the outside is burnt and inside the sausage is raw. After arriving home I have been on my toilet several times I feel sick. Please learn to cook properly. Hopefully the local food standards agency looks at your reviews here and investigates like I said it has made me feel unwell.... if you continue to operate this takeaway like this you are going to make people seriously ill... Not acceptable."

"Slow service and staff don't even smile and acknowledge you. Ate in and so glad we did as found a hair in the ice-cream. Staff are obviously not wearing hair nets. While I was waiting for my food a customer came in who had ordered through the drive through, got all the way home to find items missing and had to come all the way back, staff gave the missing items with absolutely no apology. Staff really need training on customer service"

"I have ordered from macdonalds over uber eats for my family multiple times, they always forget to put a couple of things in the order, eg, burgers, chips, drinks, apple pies even a whole happy meal once. I ring them up to complain, they say the food is there. I can go and get it if I want, the whole point in me ordering is that I don't drive, so I have to give my food to the child who's food hasn't come. I never complain cos always think its probably cos they're busy. But today I ordered the simplist order, multiple fries and 2 boxes of nuggets thinking they can't get that wrong. Food gets here, colds chips all here and 1 box of nuggets but they did put all 8 ketchups in. Nice. What an absolute joke. I'm never ordering from them again."

"We ordered a whole piri chicken. The food came on a cutting board type of plate. There was soup all over and the catch up and mayonnaise sachets were on top of that soup . It looked very unhygienic. The fork and knife was wrapped in a serviette and that also was soiled by the soup. Even when I ordered the staff who served us ignored us chatting to each other until I shouted for their attention several times . Other Costumers were very noisy. The food, the environment and the pricing do not match . We won’t be going back at all . should have gone to Nando’s but didn’t want to walk for 10 mins I wish we had done that"

"they have a few appetit vegan items to choose on the menu and they can be brought to vegan veg on the table (which was not crushed in butter) . order their 1.. so that at the time the people offered order vegan from the waiting queue they can come to the table. good vegan powder too. the toby had been on decent vegan menus for many years. The reason for a 3 star rating is, however, that the staff in this branch are not always the cheeriest and that sometimes eat well overdue. updated by previous review on 2021-08-22"

"Have lived in the area for a year and drive past coffee and pie at least twice and day and always been meaning to go in. After a little stalk on Instagram on a late Friday night me and my partner finally decided to go for a walk to visit. Well.. I can honestly say it was so worth the wait and so disappointed we did not come sooner as this little gem is absolutely incredible. The minute we walked in we was greeted by the polite, bubbly and friendly owner who instantly made us feel welcome. We were so spoilt for choice and honestly would of ordered everything if we could but had to behave and control ourselves. So for now we ordered two flat whites, two white chocolate cannolis to eat there and then and also a apple pie and a pear and ricotta pie to take home for dessert. The flat white was hands down the best coffee we have had in a long time, so fresh so grounded and was perfect. The cannolis were to die for so fresh so creamy and crunchy and went absolutely splendid with our coffees. We were in there for a good half an hour chatting away to the owner and it just felt so welcoming and humble. We cannot wait to have our pies tonight and if they are anything like the cannolis then boy are we in for a treat. I would extremely highly RECOMMEND this place for not only the coffee but the cannolis and sweet pies. Me and my partner are already stalking the ‘gram’ to see when they get more pies in as we are yet to experiment on not only more of the sweet pies but the savouries too.. ooooh and also the hot drinks too as again absolutely spoilt for choice. Please guys.. get following coffee and pie on Instagram, check out there amazing menu and most importantly get yourself down there as I can honestly guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you Shaun and Tina for making this little amazing coffee and pie shop and for putting so much effort into love and care for the customers and their needs. See you VERY soon indeed."

"Whilst my son and husband parked the car (in the restaurants car park) I went ahead to the restaurant. I was met by 4 grown men sitting behind the reception/till area which I found somewhat intimidating (and weird) as a woman. I tried to explain that I was waiting for them to come and then we would decide after seeing the menu. They didn’t seem to like that! They insisted that we should eat within the hour even though more than half the restaurant was empty! We sat and ordered and the food came out pretty quick. We had butter chicken and karela masala and roti which was ok. Normally I take pics of the food but it didn’t look ‘wow’ enough! Along with sprite and bottled water (they don’t give tap water and charge for the bottled water). Adding a little complimentary salad wouldn’t have gone a miss! With the exception of one member of staff who I found friendly all the rest including the men at the tills I found to be somewhat rude and not friendly at all. I found this peculiar as we eat out a lot and always find management/owners and staff to be friendly as wouldn’t you want customers to return and spread the ‘good’ word (though in this case it’ll be bad)? The food’s not bad (we’ve had better) but the customer service is atrocious. They really need to work on that as there is a lot of competition with restaurants offering the same quality of food. Also the toilets were very dirty so perhaps hire a cleaner. All I can say is that we will not be returning!"

"Very poor breakfast for the price£16.75 for two people, everything was bottom of the barrel, no potatoes, eggs greasy, burko not boiled , had to ask a girl to heat up my breakfast under the grill, we don’t have a grill , chef Mike will heat it up microwave) juices are extra , they claim their chefs get up 5am to make sure food is fresh, they must have slept in when we where there ."

"Worst experience ever!!!! Got called by the restaurant 2 x knowing full well my delivery order was not coming as delivery drivers kept coming to collect to deliver and it already left..... all we got on the phone as help was a number that didn't work! No help and no compassion after having waited 2 hours for food just disgusting service! Having spent £1000's with orders between my family to be told to sod off get a refund and re order! "I don’t know how it could happen, I didn’t think it ever could happen.. but thanks to KFC’s in Slough I have lost the will to live (drama queen I know, but it’s true). My family once used to so look forward to napping a Takeaway from KFC, but of late it’s just always so disappointing. No matter which one we go to, the food is horrible. Today we just had to throw it all in the bin! Over £40.00 spent and the family had toast for dinner!! The last push came from Farnham Road Drive Thru. The chicken was cold and hard The sides opened in the bag and spilt all over The fries Cold, Soggy (let’s be real, these “new” fries were to replace the “old soggy” fries. And they are horrible. Every time we have had them they have been soggy and wet and limp!! And we have been told “they just came out the fryer) on top of this I counted my fries in my meal today again. (Yes this is not a first time) A Large zinger meal had 10 fries in the box. TEN SMALL FRIES IN A LARGE MEAL! I think it’s time to make peace and say, thanks KFC for all the years of happiness you once gave us, but clearly those days are gone."
