"It is surprising that so little positive reviews were given for this restaurant. The Reetdachhaus can not be optimal due to its size as a dining room, but the nice service and the good food let them forget quickly. But now for our personal impression: Actually we could have ordered Burrata as an appetizer. We love this melting cream core when opening the mozarella cheese. Unfortunately, Quinoa was also in salad. And we don't like it. A fashion food that can easily be replaced by cereals. So we decided for the Kalbsgrat sous vide. This delicate, carefully cooked piece of meat in the water bath was a revelation. The calf is back on the tongue. In contrast to our other inclination we ordered a vegetarian dish as a main dish from the heading Rustic. Grilled ravioli with tomatoes Sage Pesto and Scarmoza. This cheese, similar to Mozarella and then suspended in a pear form, usually for drying, so rather a compact fresh cheese, harmonized very well with the parmesam foam and rounded off the shell perfectly. There was only one place for the two, self-made, Sorbet. Conclusion: An ambitious kitchen with air and lots of potential. What the culinary delicacies in the Stade district are clearly lifted from the touristic dining centres, which are usually saturated, but are not shiny with quality."

"We stayed in Stade for a few days and wanted to go asian food. By chance we found this restaurant on the Internet. Then we came across the sports field and thought we had gone. From behind it's called thirsty stretch ' and looks a bit strange. A completely dusty pane, wooden tables and chairs. Well, we were thinking and ordering drinks first. You know that all, Asian restaurants and their wine. Mostly not drinkable. It's all wrong here. The red wine and also the white wine are a very neat table wine. I can only say I haven't eaten so well for a long time at an Asian. As an appetizer we had Vietnamese rolls from Reisteig with meat fish and vegetable filling. If you think they have to be small because they only cost 1.80 euros and order you two.... If you want to eat more. It's unbelievable what you get put on the plate for the little money. The soup was also very tasty and there is nothing to complain about the main dishes. You can choose from 6 different sauces and also determine how sharp it should be. We paid for 6 people with drinks, with appetizers with shrimps and several times duck as main dish 100 euros. The vegetables are fresh and crisp, the sauces very aromatic. The sharpness is exactly right and to whom it is too tame, it can help again. I didn't make my main dish and got it packed. Also the next day everything tasted fresh and delicious."

"I find it a mess when a delivery time of 40 minutes is said on the phone and after 70 minutes nothing will happen and not even someone will report. "Ich fahre jedes Mal extra 40 Min. bis nach Stade um Sushi bei Din Hau zu essen, da es bei uns in der Gegend nirgends gutes Sushi gibt.Kann die schlechten Bewertungen auf der Seite nicht nachvollziehen, denn meiner Meinung nach gibt es hier das beste Sushi weit und breit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Din Hau Mix.Die Zubereitung dauert zwar einen Moment, dafür ist das Sushi aber erste Sahne und mit Liebe zubereitet.Auch andere Gerichte der Karte sind lecker und immer frisch zubereitet. Jedem, der mal gutes Sushi essen möchte, leg ich ans Herz mal bei Din Hau zu bestellen. Ich bin absoluter Fan. Besonders weil der Laden von außen so unscheinbar wirkt und dann mit so guter Qualität überrascht. Leckeres und gutes Essen hat nun mal auch seinen Preis. Es ist nicht super günstig, aber ich finde die Preise dennoch gerechtfertigt. Also ausprobieren und lasst es euch schmecken :"

"Das Essen an sich ist immer lecker, an der Lieferzeit ist auch nichts zu meckern jedoch haben wir zum zweiten Mal ! für eine größere Pizza bezahlt als hier angekommen ist. Wir haben zweimal hintereinander eine kleine Pizza bekommen hatten nach dem ersten mal schon angerufen und bescheid gesagt jedoch gesagt es ist ok, fehler passieren, wir haben trotzdem mehr bezahlt und beim zweiten mal wieder genau der gleiche Fehler. Leider sind wir nun langsam sauer für etwas zu bezahlen was wir nur in Mini Form erhalten. Service: Delivery Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"

"I was there for the first time and I (our) unfortunately did not taste it at all. I had a vegetarian 'Rollo', the dough flakes were gum-like, tasty and rustic after yeast instead of delicious and fresh (baked). The cheese was tasteless and it was far too much industrial cocktail sauce on it. Unfortunately terrible. While we were waiting for the preparation, another customer came with a complaint."
