"we regularly order on the sushi side because the quality of the dishes is undeniable, but the customer service leaves more than to be desired!! "We were celebrating the end of the semester so we went there between classmates to eat in this restaurant in front our school. Once arrived the coldest welcome i have ever seen by a gentleman in his mid 40s. After eating we spent a little while talking to each other then we all started going back home one by one but at the very end we were 5 people left so we went all together to him. This Guy started snatching our credit cards from our hands and putting them violently in the machine. No hello, no thanks, no bye , nothing. Then when we were leaving us 5 , we went to say a final bye to our friends who were eating at another table. This guy shouted to us in French that we had no manners, that we were making too much noise, that this restaurant is not college canteen stuff like that. He even said racist remarks. This guy was like there are other people in this Restaurant but i was looking around and except our friends there were 4 other people in that Ultra bad restaurant who were doing completely fine. The restaurant staff is very well known for treating college students like garbage even though they make a good amount of the restaurants sale. We stayed very calm and said bye to our friends for the last time because it was our last day as a class. This experience was awful."

"We were welcomed as princesses. that we are! We chose a menu, which we found a little expensive for a bistro, but the bucatini with gambas was just perfect! little disappointment at the time of dessert. We had chosen a lemon cheesecake but he was holding more lemon breton than chessecake! We reported it to the server who recognized that sometimes it was a little too cooked, and... and nothing. "It's been a good time that we've been ordering at Pailine but tonight very disappointed at the delivery level. I'm ordering by phone at 8:00. Don't see my order coming I'll call back at 9:40 and there without apology I'm simply told that there are people and that there are 2 dishes they prepare and deliver me immediately. I am Italian, I have eaten in other supposedly Italian places in France and other countries and this one is simply totally unrelated in any way with anything resembling an Italian restaurant. "a restaurant that makes a mix of planchas and traditional Japanese. the plancha fish is composed of the choice of teriyaki salmon, cod sauce sweet soy sauce or dorade sauce soy sauce onion. all served with a pan in the vegetable plancha. Yesterday it was onion mushroom broccoli and peppers. a light and sufficient dish in quantity for who wants to eat well and healthy. The accompaniment of the planchas a bowl of rice a soup and a salad of cabbage as in all Japanese. two 2 plancha de dorades and two coffees plus drink the and beer 44 euros so correct according to the price criteria of the corner."

"Not very obliging to English speaking customers. Waiters took way too long to offer anything. We asked for water and they just put a bottle on the table. The food was as bad as I have ever had. Both of us could not eat much of our main course. Totally misunderstood what we ordered. The ambiance was not very nice. As you drove up to the facility, it looked like a dump. Once inside we saw that it was a dump. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant on a number of occasions on our recent trip to Paris. We stayed in a nearby hotel and had heard good things about the restaurant which didn't disappoint.We went there during very quiet periods, usually between 12-3pm, but the food was always exceptional, with very generous portion sizes. Would certainly recommend."
